Sunshine Coffee & Restaurant in Shepway

Be careful that you do nor get ripped off. I ordered scrambled egg, tomatoes and toast from the section on "the make your own breakfast" which should have come to £6.50 but was charged from another section of the menu where scrambled egg on toast is 5.80 and was then charged 1.80 for the tomatoes which came to £7.60 which is £1.10 extra. When I raised this the man behind the counter he was rude and offensive. It was only when I refused to pay the bill that he then charged me the correct amount. How many people have been ripped off like this? Such profiteering should not be allowed. I have reported this to the relevant section of the Town Council

According to the granddaughter s the best burgers in Folkestone although the daughters thought Big Boys Burgers in the old high street just topped it. The service was great and they payed special attention to our youngest whose birthday we were celebrating. Have been before and will go again. Good value for money

Beautiful layout, warm and welcoming. Very family friendly, we had Lucas as our waiter and he was very friendly and kind to our 1 year old.We went with our 1 month old and our 1 year old.The food was amazing I had a Sunshine burger meal, the beef was juicy and the spicy fries was very nice! Definitely returning!Service with a smile 😊

We’ve been here several times and been welcomed with smile and served beautifully. Staff members are always kind, especially Lucas who always goes above and beyond. He definitely deserves a pay rise! 😉Food comes out fast, delicious and with lovely presentation. Chefs deserve a pay rise too! 😁Big portions too. Thank you for never leaving us hungry!

Been here a few times now for a meet-up-coffee. Very relaxing place. No rush. No loud music. Very attentive staff. Have had breakfast here too a couple of times. All in all a very nice place.

This place never disappoints. Service is excellent. Staff are friendly and charming. Food is excellent and good value. Coffee is lovely. Very clean. What more can I say other than please keep doing what you are doing!

Stopped for lunch at this Cafe, last week. Staff very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Food was delicious, and speedily served. Loved the trendy decor, and the tables were spaciously arranged. Definitely will return next time we are in Folkestone...

Stopped by for lunch. Already having been to Hythe. Food was clean, hot and yummy. Although portions are always on the small side the quality and taste make up for that. We were served by EMILY who was helpful and very polite; rare quality for a young girl these days!

Just popped in for lunch and the service was excellent and the all day breakfast was delicious. They serve loose leaf tea which makes a lovely change and the waitress even noticed me mention something that wasn’t actually in my order, asked me if I realised and brought it out for me separately all without me having to ask. Definitely my new favourite place to eat or have a cuppa in this part of Folkestone!

What a wonderful place to come for a meal, a nice rest, clean, welcoming, great music, chatty staff thanks Victoria, amazing manager Ahmed and how nice to hear an employee brag about how much she loves working here!!! The food was delicious, the coffee hot and we were just so impressed with everything.. well done team THANKSWe are currently walking the whole UK coast path for charities mind and children in need and appreciated the gifted meal and coffee you are truly lovely.
