Poor customer service absolutely horrible they brought me the wrong order and said it was MY fault even though I was in the right and they said they couldn’t send out the correct order because they “didn’t want to waste food” well I’ve wasted my MONEY

Very nice and high quality food

Really tastey, fresh flavoured and fast delivery, also amazing portions for the price. Its not 5star dining but for a late light kebab or a pizza delivery you can't go wrong!

Order was bang on time portions big but I found a ******* hair in my food won't order from here again it's shame as I've order from here a few times

Very disappointed with the food from here. The kebab was very dry. Chips were bland. We did not receive any of the sauces we requested!

I think only the very few times they would have made a mistake that those people have rushed to leave bad reviews because I'm so surprised to read even one bad review. I think they are always extremely busy from what I have heard but I've never had an issue once. The food is always lovely and hot and the delivery drivers are really nice and it is the fastest delivery I've ever known. The shish kebab is really fresh and the price is good considering the minimum delivery is low too. I've worked in many restaurants and even the best places can't do it perfect every time, which is what I'm guessing the few bad reviews are. I've even introduced the food to my relatives when they visit and they've loved it!

Never use this place!!! I ordered 4 pizzas on just eat only to have the delivery guy turn up with only 2, who said he would bring them straight away. 20 minutes later the place calls and says that just eat has made a mistake on how it does it buy one get one free, so he just chooses 2 random pizzas to send out, without even ringing to check if this was the case with the customer. This meant that my children never received their dinner and by the time I could do anything, Ie re order it was nearly half an hour later. There was no apology and the customer service was shocking at the end of the day if so many issues with just eat do not use it...although I use aspendos a lot and never have any issues so believe it is just an excuse. Will never use this place again, I understand mistakes happen but why not call me before choosing which pizzas to send or even to check if this was what we wanted, save your money go elsewhere. No idea on good customer service or delivering the product that is on my receipt

All Staff are very friendly except the guy who is the boss. He has a very sarcastic attitude and is very judgmental on what you order and how much you spend. The business itself is very clean and the food is delicious but the boss needs a new attitude adjustment I have had bad experiences with this guy in the past. Overall good food, great staff but just needs a new boss. Thank you, Amin.

This is my first google review and I did not think it would be for a kebab house lol! ... and I am extremely particualr on my shish kebabs (and food in general)... BUT these guys do the most delicious and healthy version of a shish kebab I've found... the PERFECT (and rather healthy) Friday night treat. Get the 'special' if you fancy some scrumptious chargrilled mushrooms and peppers with your chicken or lamb shish. Highly recommended- and the guys never mind my rather meticulous ingredient requests too. Best Kebab. Just do it!

Staff in here are very rude when ordering on the phone and inside the shop. Foods okish tight on their salad though! Also when ordering on the phone the man rushes the order and doesnt want to be on the phone so always gets orders wrong and when you call to question it they say its your fault and you said it wrong this has happened numerous times now. Theyve lost a loyalness tonight. Would rather go somewhere else and be spoken to with respect and the order to be on point.... know places do mishear sometimes but nearly every order at sunshine theres something wrong whether it be the wrong drink, no salad, wrong sauces on pizza Ect. Last time they forgot to put the bottle of pepsi in and the driver said they didnt give it to them when we called the shop they lied and blamed him.
