The Best Kebab in Shepway

Lovely pizza but you need to label the vegetarian pizza clearly … they all look the same and it is not acceptable for us to spend 10 minutes trying to work out which is which. You would have received a higher star rating if it was not for this !

Absolutely lovely. Arrived on time, piping hot. Quality was excellent. Beautiful presentation. I wont be going anywhere else in future.

Ordered food for delivery and it never turned up. Got a call about 75 minutes after delivery was made saying they knocked and rang doorbell (which they didn't).They accused me of lying despite the fact I had all the evidence to back up my claim (which they didn't care to see).It's a big shame because I've used this shop for a good few years, but they have developed very poor behaviour and practices lately.Avoid.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would!! They have got to be the WORST kebab shop I have ever been too! They will quite happily lie to you and take your money but not deliver your food! I will make sure everyone I know boycotts your kebab shop! Your name is a lie for a start, my dogs got better food then what you’re serving!!

Got the order completely wrong.The chicken meat looked and tasted disgusting.The garlic bread was hard and tasteless.The order was late as well.Overall awful place.Best kebab no.Worst kebab yes.

Ordered from this establishment for our food to not only fail to turn up until we called up, but for them to lie about the delivery and label us as liars even though they lied about calling up and knocking when they did no such thing.Once our food arrived 50 minutes late it was cold,inedible and swimming in grease. The driver was aggressive when handing over also.We called up asking for a replacement in the chips and they refused to do so, laughing at us down the phone and calling us names, we had the chips all hardly untouched for them to take back but they refused, and they laughed again before hanging up on us.I feel disgusted to be treated with such poor service as we are customers who have ordered from them many times, never before complaining either despite late orders and mixed results with their food.The Best Kebab? More like the worst, avoid at all costs!

Absolutely shocking service!!! Asked if they had stuffed jalapeños on their menu got told yes! Ordered and paid and received a box of pickled chillis!! When I phoned to ask them to collect the chillis and refund the money as that isn’t what I asked for I got told I was having a joke! They then hung up the phone and turned their phone lines off!! Rude staff Horrible food and seems they will agree they sell anything just to make money.

After receiving the food they had sent two meat pizzas When I had ordered one vegetarian pizza .i had phone to ask for a new ones they wanted the ones they gave me back and wouldn’t give me mine till I did and when I explain to the driver that I wasn’t happy he just walked off and showed no respect and drove off the one I received had hair on it. They also show no pride in there Presentation and are extremely rude, food isn’t worth the money yet alone the customer service.

Usually I don't do bad feedback but recently the last few I've had from here have been terrible. I use to use these all the time.and never had a problem which is why after the first time I thought it maybe just a dodgy one but Not only did I find a little bone in my chicken kebab this time which put me off but it was very dry, the chips were full of Greece and brown like they had been cooked again and and my sons lamb dona was full of lumps of fat and gristle. Wasn't eat able at all just threw it away. Such a shame as the staff are lovely and have used them for years but the food is horrendous now. Sorry guys. Not a happy customer :(
