The Light Railway Cafe in Shepway

Lovely cafe and yummy lunch to finish off after a long walk around Hythe :)

Great little place to grab a quick bite to eat or just stop off for a coffee. Extremely good value for money. Friendly service with a smile. Wide selection of speciality teas. It's no palace, very down to earth, with basic décor & furnishings. Outside seating available at the edge of the carpark. Not particularly wheelchair/buggy friendly as entrance is across a potholed carpark. So not for the faint hearted, but worth a try if you don't mind basic amenities.

Food is OK but over priced. Was clean and tidy but cafe not being used to its full potential, needs a new menu with more realistic prices

Very quiet due to the time of year. But still very friendly staff and a nice cup of tea.

Clean cafe, good food, reasonably priced. Unfortunately there is not many parking spaces.

Two lattes £2.30 each, charged £4.80. Served in builders mugs, half coffee the rest froth. Surly staff, not impressed WILL NOT RETURN

Nice coffee and tea, good facilities and interesting for family day's out.

Delightful. Polite Friendly and efficient. All day breakfast and fish finger sandwich with salad and Tea for £11.20. Walked 2 miles from West Hythe along the military canal. Great turn around spot.

Menu needs reviewing,otherwise worth a visit.
