Honestly can’t remember ever having better fish and chips than here. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, friendly staff. Will come again.

I often order my lunch from here as I work near by. I always order take away and get my food hot and packed properly. They are fast, accept card payments too.

Absolutely fantastic. After years of having take away mush from other places. This was worth the trip. Sat down to table service and a great atmosphere. Top marks all round.

I haven't been to torbay chippy since papas fish bar opened in Hythe unfortunately papas closed down after a fire brilliant fish and chips fish was always fresh,any way I tried torbay chippy as for the fish was frozen fish it was not flakes of fish it was mushy the batter just tasted of grease I've only given 2 stars for the chips won't be back there again.

lovely place to eat lunch or dinner or just have a cup of tea.friendly staff clean and not to noisy if you want to chat with a friend although always busy.we always eat here when we came from London.Food is hot cooked fresh and portion sizes are good. you don't have to wait long for it to be cooked. we'll done again to you!!

Took my mother out for dinner tonight to dine in the restaurant rather than takeaway the only reason I gave four stars rather than five was the pitiful excuse of the said salad garnish that arrived with our meals, I would have rather the waitress had come back and said they had run out of salad rather than what they presented us with on our plates other than that a lovely piece of cod and Huss and flavoursome chips, also it would have been nice to see the fry cooks in some sort or uniform other than what they were wear all day and proper salt shakers apposed to sachets !!

I drove a far drive to grab something to eat... I was not disappointed at all. Amazing size portions! No soggy batter - always a win. Staff were really polite and could phone in advance to place an order to take away. Will defo visit again.
