Costa Coffee in Slough

Worst costa I’ve been to! Slow service and always give melted whipped cream, I’ve even complained but they keep the cream on the counter instead of storing it in the fridge!

Absolutely disgustingOrdered hot chocolate it was like a warm water only no taste no flavour this is the 3rd time in row had this experience wouldn't buy from Costa again

Tables are always dirty as is the branch overall. Staff are more concerned about taking and joking amongst themselves rather than serving customers. Staff have zero concept of hygiene and hand washing.

Shame one of staff ALWAYS gets everyones order wrong ever single time ..even the girl who has just started is better then her …yep…shes been there for years!!! All in all just really flat energy, fake and unfriendly staff.

Slow service, several tables not cleared, floor looked dirty and needed sweeping and NHS Covid-19 QR code on door not working. Despite all that the queue was out the door for most of our very brief drink in.

Friendly staff, lovely food and beverages and a calming atmosphere. Everything is socially distanced, clearly signed and clean.

It was really nice before the lockdown but now The coffee ☕️ seem to be expired, only on Langley branch, there is no coffee smell or scent while the other costa in Bath Road it’s full of flavour and scent, last time I bought it from Langley I threw it in the bin .so definitely not recommended
