Horrible pizzas delivered, frugal toppings and cold pizza delivered! Called to complain and staff with Indian accented man wouldn’t give a toss !Very poor Experience with the product and service !!!Wouldn’t order again !!

Bad customer service! The counter is rude

Over an hour for delivery. Order was marked as delivered but it didn't arrive. Phoned the store and they told me to wait another few minutes. Manager didn't seem to care.So I now have a cold, late pizza. Won't be using this place again, extremely poor!

Ordered a pizza spent £25 and driver never took it inside to the flat, made me go outside in the car park and meet him. Phoned Dominos to ask about their delivery policy and they said this is normal after COVID 19 for around two years now. Extremely poor delivery service will not order from them again. All other pizza places deliver to the door why should dominos be different ?

Good service generally. On one occasion where my order was messed up, they were apologetic and added garlic bread as kind gesture.

Worst customer service ever! - plain rude. Food hygiene is awful.

They are the best dominos in the UK when it comes to the taste & quality...however their customer service (via the telephone) could easily be the worst. Potentially due to bad phone connection or perhaps a lack of understanding.It's the only negative about the site - trying to order can honestly make me just want to hang up and order from pizza hut instead just for the ease. No jokes.

I have been a repeated customer to this store and had very very bad experience today, right from order to delivery. I chose for card payment while ordering and bank gateway confirmed payment successful. But the order summary said payment failed. I used 2 cards and same result. Then I completed order by choosing cash payment. Driver arrived 10 minutes late and delivered wrong order. He then went back to bring the order from previous customer and still gave me wrong items. When I called back driver about wrong delivery, he said he is gonna come back with my correct items and never returned. I had to settle with the stale pizza. Such bad service.

Ordered my pizza at 17:50, the app said 20 to 30 mins for delivery. After an hour of waiting and app telling me pizza had been out for delivery for 30 minutes I called the store to be told my pizza was still there and the driver would be leaving in the next ten minutes. Waited another 35 minutrs and the driver turns up with pizza stone cold. Called store to be told that there driver would come and collect the pizzas and I receive a refund within the next 5 to 7 days. Guy on the phone needs to learn some customer service skills. I use dominoes quite a bit while away working and this has been the worst experience I have ever had so will never order from this store again.

Ordered 2 gluten free pizzas as being coeliac means I am unable to eat gluten. When I arrived home only one was gluten free the other was a normal classic. I rang to explain there was a mistake and offered to return the pizza for a refund. I was told not to worry and that I could have a voucher attached to my number for next time. They looked at the order and a normal was put through by mistake. I then got a call back to my number minutes later to say bring back the pizza and that we ordered the normal so won't be getting a voucher. Not the first time an orders been wrong and the person claiming to be manager had little to no respect on the phone.
