I have been all over Slough and can confirm that this place makes good tea thanks for serving me

Doesn't ever pick up the phone... When I arrived was very bluntly mubled to, saying they don't have any of the item I wanted. Waste of time driving and the guy behind counter doesn't know how to talk. I think he's the manager of the place. Waste of time

Fraud business, made an order through Deliveroo and this fraudsters have delivered a completely wrong order. We have gone to the shop on High Street Slough and they say it's not our responsibility. I have taken a video of them and will post it on all social media websites. This doesn't end here. The shop owners lack even the simplest level of professionalism. They money isn't important to me. My wife was crying when I reached the store. I'll make the business pay for that.

Wrong order delivered by deliveroo and the shop doesn't accept Changing it. I paid £20 and I receive a milkshake. The manager says it's not he is problem. Full of unprofessionalism and uneducated who doesn't know how to treat a customer.

Cake slices are very small compared to its price. and doesn't taste good.

I ordered the carrot cake after seeing an image on their Uber eats page, looking like a big cake.What arrived was nothing like the picture.The image made it look like it was a three tier cake. What I got was 2. Looked like a much bigger slice. At least half the size. Absolutely rubbish.

If only there was a 0 star option. Shocking behaviour and unacceptable manners. Asked for a cookies milkshake and basically got a dead vanialla milkshake. £4.70 is a shocking price, would rather drink tap water. Gives favourite chicken a bad name. Just go treatz or creams for your drinks. Shocking shocking place.

Friend went in for a coffee yesterday for the first time and I had a hot chocolate with cream & flake. We were both very impressed at the quality of the coffee and hot chocolate. Both tasted really good. Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely awful!First complaint, our order took 2 HOURS to arrive on a WEDNESDAY evening. No excuses.Secondly, we ordered the farrero rocher waffle. When this arrive IT IS NOT A WAFFLE, it is a waffer/biscuit! We ordered the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and got no ice cream. we ordered a palette of strawberries dipped in belgian chocolate. To call it a palette is unbelievably generous and the strawberries were rotten.Thirdly, they are ridiculously overpriced. They charge you a small fortune for a tiny and poorly put together portion.When we contacted the business to complaint and request a refund as the food AND service had been appalling we were told they will not refund and their resolution was to send it with our next order, 1. We wanted it with this order, hence why we ordered it and 2. AS IF WE WILL BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I asked to speak to a manager and was told I cannot. Was then told I have to go through Hungry House for a refund because apparently they do not have my funds.Not only were they 2 hours late, not only do they not send your entire order, not only are their products not what it says on the menu, not only are their portions tiny and an absolute rip off but their food is also rotten. I do not mean they taste rotten I mean the strawberries are actually rotten.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Went here Christmas eve, ordered for 3 people, they left an entire dessert off. So I called up and they said no worries they will bring it straight out. They did not. Then they didn't answer their phones. Very disappointing and of course, I never saw my money back. Merry Christmas indeed. It's one thing to do that to someone but the night before Christmas? Should have given our business to someone that appreciates it and doesn't screw you over ON CHRISTMAS.
