KFC in Slough

Absolutely not so great as advertised.Chips are rank, the food is just thrown in the box no care at all. 99% food is like nearly cold so not so fresh.. the new plastic clear drink cups are Rubbish as it spills everywhere even with the lid on plus no hole to insert the straw so you have to take the lid off which is a pain, who ever designed it must have been drunk!most times if you have a delivery order they always mess it up...

Went in for a nice ricebox and got some extra protein...still alive. I have raised the problem and they never got back to me, this was April 2021...ask for an update and always with a promise of getting back to me but never did! Great job there KFC...

Would put 0 stars but that’s not an option. Ordered delivery, took 2 hours to come but driver didn’t actually turn up. Answered the phone to me and left the phone on the side with no one on the other end, hands down worst kfc experience I’ve had

Such a bad quality of chicken. No taste, seems like oil was not filtered or changed for very long time. Never saw such a bad kfc chicken anywhere in the world. Chicken was not crispy at all as can be seen in photos.

I have had poor service every time I have used this branch. Always have an item missing from my order. They only get it right if you eat in. Pull your socks up KFC!!!

Instead of popcorn chicken meal I got hot wings... I ordered large coke but they dodnt have it and gave me regular one in crushem cup.. it can happen once but it did happen 3rd time I was there in last few weeks. Each time I was waiting very long time and had items missing. Will never ever again go there ever.

It's KFC. consistent, soft juicy chicken. But since they started taking online orders, the kitchen is chaos and the meals are never complete. There's always something missing from the order and food service takes forever. Needs improvement.

Everyone always comments bad things, but considering all the bad it’s an extremely busy and popular KFC, my review is about the manager who I witnessed being harassed by some one who woke up that day and decided to be “Karen” complaining about how soft the cookie was in the middle, if like me you find one of these it’s your lucky day! F***ing love a gooie cookie! Anyway I felt that the manager held himself very well as for me I would of thrown that cookie straight back in Karen’s face kinda like when my dad used to throw stuff at my mum

Absolutely horrible. Went from maidenhead to get the burgers, came back home and both burgers chicken was uncooked. Tasted horrible. Called back and spoke with Harpreet kaur, shift incharge who had horrible attitude. Second bad experience. Avoid at all cost! Will call customer care tomorrow and complaint. HORRIBLE

Yes very busy on a Friday but staff really do not listen or care...it is just an assembly line..Food was awful..burgers looked old ..chips were hard..took no notice of request for any extras. This was what a fillet burger looked like and it was supposed to be fresh.
