Lebanese Grill in Slough

Taste is alright.The plus point is their timings and sitting area. Not bad for a quick meal on the go or late at night. Please and Thank you are words you wouldnt expect from staff.

I called and gave my specific order for collection. I was not given any order number and was just told it will be made in 15 minutes. Once I went to collect my order they were saying to make another order there and that the food had not been prepared. When I explained that we had already made an order over the phone they responded back in a extremely rude manner and threatened to cancel my order. It is their duty to keep track of orders and accept responsibility for mishandling things on their end instead of getting angry at the customer. I have never encountered such appalling customer service and will not order at Lebanese Grill again.

In the picture I what I ordered on ubereats. The burger came with all salad. Mistakes happen that’s not what I have a problem with. It’s the guy on the phone who said I should have specified no other salad instead of accepting his mistake that he didn’t follow the instructions properly. He needs a lesson in customer service. Also the sauce he put on was the equivalent of not having it on and also forgot the salt and vinegar on the chips, even though this is standard on chips as according to him I should’ve mentioned no salad on the burger as this is standard in the burger.

Either it's under cooked or overcooked. Even with the sauces, taste is not as great as other labenese grills around. Cleanliness of the shop also is a major area of concern...

One of the best kebab shops in the area. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great menu and top food. Open till late.

One of the best Lamb Sheesh in town. I have been going there for almost 10 years and never been disappointed.

Today on 9th Feb 2022 at 2.40 pm the man at the till am very disapponted with him, no respect, no talking nice, no customer satisfaction. I was here last week and was very nice person served at the till..thank you for him... But today no way to thank you.. Sorry for that.

Absolutely rude customer service I ordered a chicken shawarma and all I got was cold chicken with cold bread and messy salad

I had a super tasty falafel and hummus wrap with salad, tahini and chilli sauce..food was great, service was great and I think its really well priced. The little shop does get packed though and unfortunately they don't ensure customers wear masks despite a sign on the door stating otherwise

Great tasting food. The quarter pounders are one of my favourites and they taste great. The sarwarmas are also very nicely made. They have a lot of variety for the salad on them as well, including the sauces.I would definitely recommend you to go down and check it out yourself, you wont be disappointed.
