Lucky House in Slough

Told they were busy, so told to collect order after 20 minutes, on arrival, they had not processed the order, and kept me waiting for another 20 minutes, while they cooked the order! Disappointed!

Best Chinese around its the only place i used never had a problem in the 10 years ive used them

Always use lucky house I love there food always use them yummy 😋 never had any problems with them gonna have one tonight quick delivery I’ve had no problems with them at all 5 stars good very hot always enjoy my meal

5 stars every time been regular here for some time and noticed a lot of people don't seem to be giving them the credit they deserve

So food was delivered minus one item but when I rang to inform them they said they could not check and therefore could not confirm. On top of that the food was not nice must have a new chef or using different ingredients but it was awful. Ribs were all fatty so threw away portions tiny Nope needless to say won't be ordering from here again. Lucky to get a one star tbh

Lucky House used to be great but unfortunately recently it has fallen in standards the food has become very unsatisfactory and the venue needs an upgrade looks a mess outside and it’s very tacky inside all the other shops and businesses on the parade have maintained there look lucky house looks old and warn currently looking for a different Chinese takeaway to go too maybe if the owner updates the place and improves its food I might return

So much better than local competition of Go Wah recently, always liked the quality, the larger servings, prices are a tad lower as well. Always fresh and all staff have been friendly. Always busy so sometimes need to call a couple of times to get through but we'll worth it. Only problem is cash only on delivery but feels so much safer than giving card details to someone over the phone.

Been using Lucky House for over twenty years. Never had a bad meal. Portions are large and food is excellent. Thoroughly recommended and have recommended to friends.

Used to love this place have used it for years. Last few times its been terrible. This time the worst. Missed some of the order abd when we called they really weren't bothered. Food was totally tasteless. Don't know what happened to this place. Prices are also astronomical now, I won't use them again. If I could leave a zero star I would.

Been a regular at Lucky House for years. However will not be ordering from these guys again. Ordered a takeaway. One dish incorrect. No apology when we called just told to come and pick up correct dish. In my haste, not to completely ruin our get together/ dinner, I forgot to take the incorrect dish. They could have let me off considering I'm a regular but no, forced to go back home and collect the incorrect dish. Totally unprofessional. Total waste of time. Ruined dinner. Guy on counter didn't care. Not at all happy with them
