Mcdonalds Restaurants in Slough

Disgusted. Each time I come here the older lady who is slyly large is rude! She literally refused me sugar for my tea? What sort of service McDonald’s running here. What sort of customer service standards do you follow? I will not be reTurning. This isn’t the first time she’s had a attitude. Someone needs to push her over so she can’t get back up.

One off worst mcdonal in slough there staff is not good i order one box 12 of chicken nuggets near around 11:05 and i wait for that around 20 mints and they are not so busy at allAnd when ask about how long you gonna takeThey didn’t give me replyAnd one girl who served me she put the food in my bag like she dumping somethingThey all so rude if there is option of numbers i give them zero number

I order breakfast meal and I asked the lady as I am working in macdonald can I get any discount cause normally we get 50 percent the shift manger caral she was so rude and instead of saying polite that I have to download app or something she refused and I still had my meal but very disappointing and disrespectful for employee. Never gona come again

My daughter was hungry and wanted tdobeat breakfast at mcc Donald's. We ordered on the app and waited for our meal. The order came in and we sat watching the passing parade as we ate our food. A good experience today.

Was told to move 2 minutes after sitting due to closure of the top sitting area. The staff was understanding however told us we can have 5 minutes extra.

One of the worst I have to say. We ordered some take out through drive through and when we got to the counter for collection. One of the staff said the system was down and they are not sure if we paid for the food and insisted us to pay it again which we refused. The manager who is a woman was so rude. My partner showed them that the transaction has actually gone through on his banking apps. But they still refused to give us food. We didn't pay for the second time and left. Eventually they did charge us the food and we had to drive back to get the refund. Never come back

Absolutely ridiculous service. Waited in the drive through queue for 20 minutes after asking for my flurry or nacho cheese wedges and them not having any of those. Offering me milkshake, I specifically went there to buy those two items!!! Waste of time!!!!!

Not very good, Service was great, didn't have to wait long for my Bacon Roll breakfast. However the roll only contained 1 piece of bacon instead of 3. I had travelled to far from the store other wise I would have taken it all back.
