Have been in Slough for an business dinner and decided for something special. Therefore we pre-ordered a dinner set for seven person...... And we didnt were disappointed! We have had great and stunning fresh food in different kind of the Japanese cuisine. And made an great advertising for MORI. We will be here again if we will be back in town! Great food, lovely staff @an inconspicuous place.

Nice clean restaurant with very welcoming staff. Prices are reasonable and the food is tasty. I went on a Monday evening around 6/7pm. I had the Karaage Ika (deep fried squid) for starters and the Salmon Teriyaki Don (waitress recommended this and was spot on!). 8/10 :).

Slough generally is not a place you'd want to be for long. I was visiting for work and staying close by. Having tried Japanese food all over the world, I can say that this is some of the best I've ever tried. The restaurant is unassuming, calm and relaxing. The staff lovely and attentive. The food is excellent... especially the salmon rice bowl and sweet potato croquettes. This place deserves a visit if you're nearby.

This is a find. Situated just across the road from the high Street. Probably the best restaurant in Slough. I was taken there for lunch and found it so relaxing to soak up the convivial atmosphere. Genuine Japanese dishes served by delightful staff. Definitely returning for an evening dinner.

Wanted to try this place out but was disappointed to learn that there is cross contamination between the fish and meat (which is not Halal) productsEdit:Thank you for clarifying especially as on the phone they seemed to be very dismissive. I am happy to try your restaurant based on your comments and I can avoid any grilled item. Happy to review my rating once I have tried.Re-edited:I have now visited the restaurant. We enjoyed the food and good service. Have revised my rating. Not given 5 star as the place is looking a little tired and could do with a refreshed decor. Can't fault the food or service.

Visited this place for the first time, would never spot it on the street as it looks very modest from the outside, but it was recommended to me, so I went to see. The interior and atmosphere are pleasant, staff are friendly, there's no loud music and it is not crowded, makes it really nice to just sit down, relax and enjoy your food. We tried some noodles with king prawns, salmon maki, dynamite maki and after went for some nice matcha ice-cream and strawberry dorayaki. My absolute favorite was dynamite maki, and the prawns were the best I tried before.I will come for it again and also to try other dishes from the menu. Really recommend to try this restaurant 🙂🤗

Unfortunately the food did not hit the mark. Although the fish was fresh and food was good quality, the rolls had way too much rice. It ruined the rolls for us. Very disappointed after reading all reviews. Maybe avoid the rolls?
