Do not go to this Nandos!I want to start by saying today I have genuinely had the worst experience in a Nandos ever.Starting from the beginning, I placed an order and when I received it there was peri chips instead of plain chips and halloumi cheese instead of halloumi sticks. I remained calm and polite and asked the manager, Martha that mistakes happen and could my order be corrected. Martha instead of apologising turned around and told me I needed to pay the difference for the halloumi sticks and she would bring the chips and perinaise over too.It was at this point that I went and sat down and noticed there was no perinaise. I decided this was enough and asked for a refund. I began to tell her that I’m really unhappy with the service and don’t understand why she did not apologise when I first approached her. She began to accuse me of shouting when I was just speaking loudly. At which point she said things like “get out” “don’t come back here”. I was absolutely shocked. I informed her she had no customer service skills and to remember the customer is always right. She became very defensive, rude and obnoxious. She went onto say what I ordered wasn’t on the receipt, I told her it wasn’t because the cashier put it down wrong. She then told me maybe I got it wrong. She also again later told me to get out shouting across from the other side of the restaurant. I have returned home and just checked my refund receipt and found the host name to read, Patrycja, so she has also lied, which shows that she knew she was in the wrong. I think Martha is incredibly arrogant and just cannot take justified criticism. I was appalled by her behaviour and I seriously am considering whether I want to go to a Nandos again, let alone this particular branch. I will be writing a further complaint to Nandos directly and I strongly feel she should not be in a customer facing job, especially not in a manager role at Nandos.

There was an “issue” with my Gift Card, which the girl at the till did not know how to process and then apparently when I asked to speak to the manager, everything was my fault. The manager was very rude. Very negative experience. The food was loudly that time, too. Should’ve asked for a refund, but they wouldn’t have known how to process it back to my Gift Card.

Where to start. The chicken platter and 1/4 chicken I ordered (medium) had NO glaze/ sauce, they were so beige they looked like they had just been boiled but dont worry the chef put in the "medium" toothpick so i remembered what I was supposed to be tasting. When I pointed this out, the server took the chicken and came back in under a minute having poured lemon and herb sauce over said chicken.My husband is a type 1 diabetic who had already injected insulin and I was with my 2 year old - I didnt have the luxury to wait/argue for my food to be remade (which was not even given as an option).Secondly nearly EVERYTHING was cold - the brocoli, the chips, the peri chips, the naan for the hummus starter, a whole chicken and quarter chicken.My whole visit was a joke apart from the lovely middle aged eastern European server who brought me a plate, cutlery and tissues (all of which were missing and not offered in the first place)

This was probably my best nandos experience as the food was served quick. We ordered the whole platter and wings plater, both of them were cooked perfectly and we had some amazing starters I really enjoyed the new sweet potato starter. This nandos is halal and they are very children friendly enough space to have your pram next to the table.

Really disappointed with the service we received today from Christina at the Slough High street branch, rolling of the eyes completely uneccesary. She still managed to get the order wrong and gave my friend with allergies the wrong food and then expected her to pay for it to be fixed! Never have we experienced such unprofessional service. Am a store manager and would not behave in such a manner at all. Shocking.

Called before going to ask closing times- was told 9:30 would be last orders. Got to the restaurant at 9pm to be told they were booked and no more people were allowed in. After explaining the situation and how we had called prior to coming, staff were quick to accommodate. Chicken was soft, plenty of chips and we weren't rushed out when closing time was near. Good staff and clean toilets.

Less busy than other restaurants in the area, I managed to find a table every time I went there. Friendly staff and good food as usual.

Wow, what a great day, I was first in at 11.30am to celebrate the reopening of indoor dining. I received a fabulous welcome from Chengaz who was just as excited as me to see the place open again and be able to talk with customers. Very easy to use the Nandos App to order from the table. I missed the Extra Hot Peri Peri Half Chicken meals with two sides. Nicely cooked and delivered to table very quickly.
