Fantastic Chinese! Huge portions and delivered within the hour . Obviously freshly cooked also. Definitely returning !

Food is disgusting. And in two of my items Crispy chilli beef and vermicelli noodles had 5x small black hairs in!!!

My family have been using this place for 20+ years, since this takeaway has been taken over from the original owners it's an absolute shambles. Each and everytime we have ordered either to collect or for delivery, they always forget an item. Extremely poor customer service, even calling to make sure the order is double checked fall's on deaf ears as the order is always incomplete!!!

Free prawn crackers 😁, but also I've been asking Chinese takeaways for years to put extra sauce with sweet and sour chicken but they never ever do it until NEW LOON SING!!! Makes such a difference, I'm a loyal customer now...

I like this restaurant very much. It has a very special feeling. The cuisine is wonderful. the service is powerful and the team is well trained. The price is honest. greatly recommend.

Giving low stars because the king prawn chop suey was not at all chop suey. It was a take away box filled with ONLY beansprouts ( no Chinese cabbage etc ) and some white washed prawns.

I really loved their food. I always get great service here. The place is well kept and the workers are always helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I just tried this restaurant for the first time and got a home delivery via Deliveroo. Very happy with what I received. The food is lovely, the prices reasonable and the delivery time was very quick. It was here in half the time that Deliveroo gave me.The portion sizes were plentiful too. Would definitely recommend. 10/10
