Amazing Indian food.

What a shame! This place used to be amazing with the old ownership, I used to get Chinese food from here every week.Since the new ownership the prices have gone up and the cleanliness down.A few weeks back I ordered house special rice and it was terrible.I thought I'd give it another chance and ordered a pancake roll, chow mein and two fishcakes. The man said 15 minutes. I came back after 20 and it still wasn't ready, though all the time there was food in the hot cupboard but I didn't realise it was mine so who knows how long it was there. The man said still not ready and it'd be 10 minutes more... I then saw him fishing out the fish cakes straight from the fryer. Over 30 minutes for 3 items... not good. By the time I got home the fishcakes had almost a small oil slick in the paper bag.Oh and I looked for the 'scores on the doors sticker' and it was nowhere. I checked the food safety and hygiene rating online for my own peace of mind, and it's 1/5 and most comments saying much improvement needed... I totally agree! I will never return after having been a loyal customer there for over 20 years!

Ordered a Chinese today 31/8/2020The chips were nice !Unfortunately the rest was very poor !sweet and sour chicken balls the batter was soggyOrdered two curry sauce only got oneOrdered pancake rolls says you get 2 only got one and that looked like it had been run over!The rest of the food was extremely greasy and the mixed meat curry looked like it had a chopped up hot dog sausage in it !Also we ordered online and after waiting the supposed 20 minutes it would take to be ready I drove to pick up only to sit and wait a further 30 minutes in the shop !Will not be using this place again !!!

This was some of the best Chinese food, but the decor and atmosphere is not good at all!! All they need to do is to change lightbulbs to softer, dimmer light. The lights were so so bright, it ruined the atmosphere.

Loved Chinese food here.Had family over for get together and everyone enjoyed the meal.Food was made just perfect for us. Singapore rice noodles and chicken curry was the big hit .Definitely ordering again 👍

The food is delicious, pricey, but I'd say its worth it! Tastes authentic and you get a lot for your money! The old couple who run the take away are so nice, very lovely people, always smiling and looking happy. I used to love coming in, I lived literally just around the corner from here. Sadly I don't anymore, and I miss the food and the warm welcome!
