We regularly get pizza every week.but we called over 10 times but not answer.Next to the telephone there are 4 staffs. When the call was ringing they were looking and then they were still chatting and did not mind.For 2 months we were facing this problemStaff is rubbish fuke

I would give 0 stars if I could, have to call them about 7 times in a row just to order and they tell you that their busy, they’re certainly not! They show no respect very bad manners and the food is disgusting always cold and always the wrong toppings…

The staff provided incorrect information about lunch time deal. Also, the till charged different price than the price on leaflet and online. Just beware of the issue so would suggest order online and collect. Not sure it's staffing issue to the store.

Second time ordering using collection service, good pizza and staff were helpful.

Absolutely disgusting pizza. Box was smothered in grease as was the pizza base which was inedible as it had soaked up loads of grease and was actually dripping. Two dips were also missing, but they couldn't have saved the pizza anyway. "Loaded"....yeah, with tonnes of grease. Totally vile and I will never order from here again. Complete waste of money and I feel sick. I threw the pizza out on back lawn for whatever might come along to eat it.

Received undercooked raw wings I contact langley brach but horrible and rude staff , they don't have manners to speak with customer and not bothered to help customer just asked rudely to contact customer service. Pizza hut should give them training to learn basic manners first

Absolutely terrible customer services.Ordered a classic crust and received an extra thick deep pan and the response received was ‘that’s how the dough is today’ …no empathy at all.I would not even give it one star but had no choice.

My wife called them and they have hold the line more then 6 min .I can understand that there might have beeen busy but then manager answered a call and He didnt have a clue how to talk to a customer.He was plain rude, seemed like he has no respect for ladies.when he answered, He said if you want to order the pizza just order it or put the phone down in quite an agressive and rude tone.

Absolutely vile food and service. Took 1 hour to arrive everything was cold and properly stale. Called back and was spoken to like rubbish. The man lied saying he personally sent the right order out and we were lying. Nachos were like rocks. He said he would be collecting it and checking to see if nothings eaten and that he wouldn’t bring the right order otherwise. Spoke to us so awfully shocked at how he just didn’t care. Returning with food in an hour but after that we don’t exactly trust they haven’t done something to the food. Treat people how you would like to be spoken to as he reminded me he speaks to everyone this way
