Sainsburys Cafe in Slough

Terrible cheap menu no proper food

Jacket potato was cold. No cutlery I had to ask for them to replenish it and then the waiter was putting them into the trays touching the knife and forks with bare hands. Another waiter had hygiene issues. The cafe ran out of napkins which is obsurd being in a massive supermarket. The tables are dirty and the service is slow. This cafe truly needs a look at, I don't know how it makes money. Absolute shocking and not worth the money. Definitely won't be coming here again during my shop.

Good

AMAZING! The staff are working hard on the counter and behind the scenes to deliver the best possible breakfast experience to the multitude of customers of Sainsbury's in Slough. They even have drinks to suit your mood. There's something for everyone here!

Lot of seating area, food is expensive , customer service very poor, sometimes you feel staff does not care, big breakfast is very small /limited staff found to be struggling in the kitchen. Overall very poor management

Pretty untrained staff. Asked for 2 lattes, was only served 1after about 10 minutes wait. It feels like they can't really speak or understand English.

Just been to the cafe and my wife ordered smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on a bagel after several attempts to make the assistant understand what arrived at the table was fried eggs on a bagel to avoid any fuss my wife just accepted it not the first time this has happened

We always enjoy our meal here, would recommend the hand battered fish & chips, good other choice available, coffee nice too. Staff helpful

I always go for breakfast BB ut there cutlery never ever clean enough

Great food good value!
