Slough Kebab & Grill in Slough

One of the best restaurants in Slough. Take away or eat in. Sizes are good and a large kebab does me for a couple of days dinner. I like the lamb skewer.

Somehow life's twists and turns allowed me to find my way to Slough. We were visiting the area for a few days and I needed a lamb doner fix. After some research, I took a stroll to Slough Kebab, which is about a 15-20 min walk from the train station. Anyway we walk in to a vast takeout counter, but as we were dining in we were directed to the room on the right side with many open tables. They were busy cleaning, and as we sat we noticed the place was spotless.We ordered from our table, and of course, we ended up getting the lamb and chicken doners with chips as our side. There was a small and large option and we went with the small. When the plates arrived they looked like a large to us, but this place just has generous portions. The lamb was succulent and glistening, and the chicken was packed with flavor. We also had a fresh hot pita, garlic sauce, and spicy sauce on the side to accompany the meal. Everything was fantastic!We certainly couldn't finish all the food, but rest assured, it was thoroughly enjoyed. Only feedback I would have is perhaps offering the doner in a wrap form for easy lunch eating. The establishment was cash only on this visit, not sure if that is normal. Nevertheless, if my travels ever find me in Slough again, I would certainly return to indulge in the countless other menu items.

Far from the best kebab I’ve had. Same price as a London kebab but without sauces and rice/fries. Had the chicken doner and it’s super greasy and fatty. The salad is boring and so is the bread. Only had one chilli pepper that came with my one but none for my boyfriend. Not impressed.

Taste was fine. Services were okay. Place decor and cleanliness okay. Only cash Bad thing.

The food amazing! Portions are massive! Love going there when I get a chance. Try it you won't regret it.

Great tasting food, best served hot of the grill in the seating area provided. Much better flavours than the Datchet turkish restaurant. Strongly recommend the chicken kofte kebab with fresh naan and zesty salad.

Not much enthusiasm from the people behind the counter. Food is fresh but pretty bland in taste ie.lamb shish ,chicken shish. Fresh naan was ok but still a bit doughy. Maybe caught them on an off day .

Very good food and even better dining in while it's fresh off the grill with fresh naan! My favourite is the chicken shish that is cubes of marinated chicken skewered, grilled and usually served with a variety of accompaniments including rice, grilled veggies, and fresh naan bread. A nice cozy place for anyone.

Visited here the last weekend. I got the “any combination of 2 kebabs” and got lamb donner and chicken shish. For the price it was very worth it. The chicken shish was super tender and flavourful this was probably my favourite part of the dish. The lamb donner was very good too and the fresh naan they give complimentary was nice and warm and fresh and super soft. Overall it was a very pleasant meal and the waitress was really kind and helpful. She got all our orders correct and was happy to help us. I 100% recommend this place if visiting the area. Will definetely be returning.

Price us good and service is too but food was not bad but not great either. The chicke kofte and shish were good but the donner was bad to much squishy bits left on the chicken, did not eat the chicken donner after the first few fork full and chips were kind of plain. Salad was seemed fresh. The sauces were bad ketchup and chilli sauce were the worst
