Stobys in Slough

I wouldn't have their battered fish but I accidently tried the massala fish and was surprised as to how tasty it was.

Been waiting almost 2hours for order and still yet to receive. Nobody answers there phone and have tried a number of times tonight already. Appauling service and would ask people to avoid at all costs as you will end up very hungry!

Absolutely foul smelling beef and onion pie...looked like it had been microwaved for a year and had a nasty freezer burn taste to it chips were poor quality and overcookedGone completely down hill had my money refunded automatically after uber saw pics of my disgusting mealWill never use again

To Management. I've called 6 times tonight please don't tell me your staff are busy wrapping up orders because you're not busy and the phones are not being answered. Sorry but you're losing customers. Try calling the shop yourself and you'll learn it doesn't get answered like it should be. God knows what Prab and Manmeet are doing.

WORSE LAMB DONER IN SLOUGH !!!!!!ordered four doners, ALL FOUR IN THE BIN!!!!rock hard and cold meat, tired warming it up but was even more hard, not the first time it had happened, first time it was same, so when I ordered I called them to let them know what happened last time, so my second experience was even worse then the first one, NEVER ORDERING FROM STOBYS, FARNHAM ROAD, SLOUGH !!!!!!

A absolutely terrible service and food. I paid for chips , then 7 pounds for a fish and a pie came to 12 pounds. The counter is quite high can’t always see them asking the food . As for the woman who served me sh could not even speak English ! I. Came home with the food and they didn’t pack the one item out of three ! I tried calling them on number and it’s just continuous engaged they’ve taken the phone off the hook! I didn’t bother going back as it was over 5 miles away for me from home not worth driving 10 miles struggling for parking and I’m sure the customer service would have been rubbish once again! They honestly don’t care. Reading the other reviews I can’t see how they have improved their service ! Try somewhere else not storbys in slouch Farnham road

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is the second time now that I've ordered food and it's been over 2 hours and still haven't received it!! Last time they gave my.food to a different house!! They never answer the phone I wouldn't recommend ever going here!

Would vote no stars if I could new people taken over arent good. given me the wrong order, refused to give a refund and wasn’t answering the calls , it’s gone downhill big time avoid at all costs!

Don't understand why or how this place got voted the best fish and chips shop In Slough. This is the best place of how not to do fish and chips and the worst I ever tasted. One bite of the fish and the rest went in the bin.

Our experience with stobys fish and chip shop was terrible, the cod didn't taste like fish and it tasted awful, i expected something totally different. The workers at the shop were also very unhelpful and I do not recommend buying from here. -1/10 review minimum.
