So long and bad organized service. Mistake on order. Dirty place almost inside toilets. the staff is not helpful and disturb you during you are sitting. a lot of products are not available. they don't respect the hours they open when they want.

Enjoyed my visit here - good variety of desserts, a bit more range than everything else out there.A bit busy - not sure why upstairs was closed - but once a table came free Zahib cleaned our table well and served us later too.Desserts were all great tasting - tried the pistachio and milk cake for the first time - everyone in my group loved it. The warm mini donuts are quite satisfying too.

I asked for waffle with cinnamon and this what I got, as you can see from pictures below. I've had a better waffle from a street vendor than this place. Very disappointed when I got time to eat it and just couldn't believe what I was served.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I went with my beautiful children and wife and they thoroughly enjoyed the desserts. The lovely man named Kashif served us and we had a lovely chat. He is a great worker and is a credit to the franchise. Will be returning.

Been here twice, both experiences were so disappointing it's outrageous. Rule number one is a dessert place needs to look really presentable and colourful - unfortunately Treatz Slough looks so dead compared the Creams just further down the High St.. they really need to work on the interior decoration to amp it up. The two times we visited they closed off upstairs (not sure why) and we had to sit downstairs, table 3 practically had takeaway boxes that no one else could sit there, you could see customers queuing to get a seat. Rule two, dessert presentation - the food presentation is worse, the whole point for indulgent desserts like these is the appearance and how mouth watering it should look, those who run this place doesn't realise it. The portion sizes and dryness was another issue - for waffles it was so less for the price I was shocked, and the waffles was burnt a bit on the side. The cookie dough portion size was even worse and the presentation was awful - they really need to take a lesson from other popular chains such as Kaspas and Creams on dessert presentation. Even the staff seem really not into the job, good customer service goes miles, not pleasant at all like they didn't even want to be there. Certainly will not recommend to anyone at all!!! If you are looking for a nice dessert place, do yourself a favour and visit Creams further down the High St, or if you have a Kaspas nearby that you are willing to travel to, that will be perfect!

Ordered a few times from here and can honestly say the only staff member that provided an excellent service was a white sister with the hijab other then that the rest have been a let down I won’t be going back any more… Slowest pathetic customer service ever and rude staff get annoyed when you request two milkshakes to be put in a bag after letting them know already it was a takeaway…saw one of the staff members grab a slice of cake with her bare hand and carried it to the till area she didn’t even care other customers could see her carrying it without any gloves plus found so many strips of plastic while drinking the milkshake even while writing this review I kept finding more in drink as it looks like they put the whole bag in the blender with the Oreo’s had to throw it away…loved their milkshakes when it didn’t come with plastic parts a complete disappointment what a shame never ever going back really just pathetic service

Beautiful deco, polite staff, desserts look quality on display, great variety to choose from whatever tickles your fancy. I had a freakshake which I demolished! Also ordered a apple crumble with custard which husband said reminded him of his school days yummy. Great atmosphere :)

It was okay at best. CrĂŞpe was under done. How a crĂŞpe is undercooked is beyond me. The staff was super tired and less interested in customer service. They appeared to be struggling to answer basic questions like which one is your best selling waffle. Priority was being given to online orders. There was no queue but had to wait 40 minutes at the counter to order..

I ordered choc fudge cake and apple crumble. Plus two water bottles. Delivered in one small bag where the two glass bottles were placed on the hot pudding boxes. When I opened the bag, one box had squashed because of the weight of the glass bottles. I didn't expect the custard to be in a cardboard box. It did not look appetising, instead it looked unhygienic as if somebody had taken a bite. When I called the restaurant, they made excuses that it was the delivery guys fault - well he wasn't the one who placed two heavy water glass bottles on two fragile boxes that contained custard! The bag was sealed so the way it was packed was Treatz responsibility. When asked why the glass bottles were not placed in a different bag (common sense), he said that bottles wwr placed correctly on the side...the bag was small, they obviously placed on top of the dessert boxes as there was no room on the sides to fit them. Also, he said that it was normal to put custard in a box! Usually I find most dessert places will place the ice cream or custard in a separate container to the actual dessert, not mixed in a cardboard box, especially if it's a delivery. He then said we don't get any complaints....sure you don't because clearly you didn't know how to handle or accept your fault. Not helpful at all, just making pathetic excuses on my every point. And then he went on saying, next time we can sort something - well there wont be a next time for me. I am done with Treatz...over priced and I could even get a full cheesecake from Sainsburys for ÂŁ3 whereas Treatz serves a slice for ÂŁ3 and tastes exactly the same!!! Rip off! If the quality/packaging was good then I can understand but it was very disappointing. The dessert was wasted along with my money. Thanks for nothing!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We were made to wait outside in the cold weather whilst tables were available. The place is understaffed and the staff is miserable. Tables are available but no one to clean them. When I approached one of the gentlemen who appeared as though he was managing the floor, I was taken back by his response. He was not the least bit concerned about having us waiting in the cold weather. No one at the main door to explain or apologise for the wait. Other customers were also stood waiting and sounded disappointed. Even the delivery drivers were repeatedly asking to collect orders for customers (possibly UberEats drivers). Never known anything like it. I travelled a fair distance with the family to enjoy an evening out. The food took absolutely ages to arrive. Not a single table had been served. I looked around and all the tables were empty with noise through the roof. To their credit the food is nice. My family were really looking forward to a nice dessert. It's just a shame about the customer service.
