Giggling Squid Beaconsfield in South Bucks

Very spacious restaurant, but I suggest you book in advance. Staff are friendly but they try to clear the table way too quickly. Both starters and main courses are good portions, and very tasty. Lots of options for vegetarians.

First time trying this restaurant chain, wanted to see what the hype was all about. Don’t know if its just this branch but they were very stingy with the portions. £7.50 for 5 pieces of squid!I then had to ask the waitress if she confused our order with another table because I couldn’t locate the beef in the BEEF stir fry.Lucky for me, I wasn’t on a first date because it would be quite embarrassing to bring someone here and have them starve!Another chain restaurant ripping customers off since they have a bit of a name 👎

One of the best Thai restaurants in the area. Friendly service, delicious food and an amazingly refreshing ambience! We went with friends and family and loved the experience!

The food and the attendance from the main waitress were lovely. The price of the food and the amount you pay are very good. I have been to many restaurants and I can tell you this is a great place to eat! When we went there it was full of people with a great atmosphere. Love it.

Superbly done decor makes the experience here make you feel like your having a dining experience. But at a perfectly fair cost. Food is very Tasty and the ingredients are all high standard. Food is light and perfectly spiced as you can taste all the dishes. Nothing tastes the same.

Fantastic service, really good atmosphere and delicious food, with a unique menu. Fantastic cocktails too.The waiting staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome.They had a separate vegan menu and the wine list also stated if the drinks were vegan. I'm not sure I saw any vegan desserts though.

I wouldn’t go here again! I was really looking forward to eating here as I heard really great things about this place but I was disappointed. All the food arrived at once maybe 6-8 minute after we had ordered and …. It was all cold! The food was mediocre and nothing to rave about. The sauces were not true Thai authentic and the squid was deep fried in way too much batter. Oh and the portions are quite small too. There are much better Thai restaurants in Beaconsfield.

Decor and ambience were f the restaurant is nice. If you love the bold flavours, freshness and spice of authentic Thai food I would honestly not recommend Giggling Squid. Food presentation and service is nice, but food taste is let down!

Great night out at this restaurant. Cocktails were different but lovely - I had a mosquito and it had a real kick in it as described. Chicken wings fell off the bone, some of the best I’ve ever had. Squid starter was very generous portions and tasty. Main, I had the seafood curry, was very nice. Overall a great experience and perfect for date night.
