Me and my partner were in today for our menu tasting for our wedding in just over a month, the staff could not have been more helpful from the minute we arrived, the reception staff, waiters, bar staff all so friendly!! And wow, the food was out of this world. All vegan and did not disappoint, canāt wait for our guests to try, the chef is such a credit to the hotel! And a special mention to Dennis, Ian and Harry as well who really made the experience very special for us.

A good hotel, only came for pre drinks before a wedding. Staff where very friendly and it seemed very nice too, there was a large drawing room and a venue room too. I think there is a swimming pool at the hotel too. However I found the toilets rather dirty and not very bright too. They also didnāt seem to work well too. But would recommend.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Rooms spacious and comfortable. The pool nice and warm. Topped up by a great buffet breakfast. Went for Spa weekend and looking forward to go again.

My wife and I stayed ina Superior Room using Secret Escapes to place the booking. The room was lovely, fantastic comfy bed, big TV and most importantly it was spotlessly clean. Our only criticism was the AC unit in our room (154) needs some maintenance as it's incredibly loud. The breakfast was also nice. Would highly recommend this hotel espeically if you are a wedding guest at the Tudor Barn, a 5 minute walk away.

Spent a night here and enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and polite, the room was fresh and well cleaned. It was spacious and well presented, with a lovely modern feel. The bed was very comfortable!A very minor hiccup (hairdryer didnāt work) was sorted within minutes and wasnāt any reason to be upset. The dinner options were lovely and the breakfast buffet and other available items were very nice. I had an absolutely wonderful porridge, that I will miss not having again! There brasserie is very bright and spacious, there is also a lounge space and bar, with a separate tea room. The pool, sauna and hot tub were very nice as well. Although the showers in the changing rooms were a little tired, with leaks and things and this was surprising when compared with all of the other facilities seen throughout the hotel.

To be honest I didn't even know Burnham Beeches had a hotel until someone booked in and told me about it. My visit was a short one as I was driving someone home whom had had too much to drink. My good deed for the day. The grounds of the hotel were well kept and the driveway was clearly marked. The parking lot was busy however there was an overflow parking lot near to the entrance. I went to the reception area and that's where I stopped. The place looked very welcoming and very of the period for or my liking but still it was respectable.

Very tidy hotel and great staff. The barman was amazing and kept us going until 4am. Only downside would be the need find someone to ask for coffee/tea at breakfast.

Really disappointing experience. Booked last minute through secret escapes and advertised as a āspa hotelā. The pool area is incredibly tired and dated. Resembled a local leisure centre rather than a spa, not relaxing at all with a really unpleasant smell and grubby changing rooms that are desperately in need of an update. Fortunately the hotel rooms have been modernised and were lovely, though we did have to move rooms due to a faulty air conditioning unit making a racket. The staff were friendly & helpful and allowed us to switch to a suite which was lovely and we ordered breakfast to the room in the morning which was nice. If you arenāt fussed about the spa, the hotel is pleasant and in a lovely location but donāt book if youāre looking for a relaxing afternoon at the spa!

Mostly a positive experience. Check-in was rather painful but there were three rooms involved across two bookings so not totally straight forward. The rooms are pleasant enough although no drawer space and we were staying 3 nights so living out of a suitcase. Took us a while to get the heating arrangements sorted so had two nights where very warm and this is autumn! Food and service in oak restaurant excellent. We had a great table attendant called Christine who not only excellent at service but also a font of knowledge locally! Downside was the common areas. For a hotel of this size has s VERY small lounge within which there were only two comfortable sofas the rest looked like kitchen tables and chairs. We used the reception sofas although these are long overdue for replacement. Had to ask for replacement bath toiletries. However towels replaced every day! Staff very good and attentive but seemed stretched.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has everything you need. Our double room was a bit on the small side but had everything we required. The pool, hot tub and sauna were lovely, however the changing rooms could do with an update. The Laura Ashley Tea Room was very pretty too. The breakfast was very good. They make the cooked food fresh for you everyday and then you also choose from a selection of pastries, fruit, hot drinks and cereals as well.
