Jungs in South Bucks

Lovely coffee and omlette for breakfast, lady behind the counter was friendly, the shop/cafe was clean and tidy. No complaints here - I do wonder about some of the reviews that have been left so use your own judgement is what I would say.

Jungs, In my opinion, Have the best bread you will ever taste, it makes everything from the supermarket taste stale or processed & stodgy, cannot recommend enough.Get there early as they sell out before noon. Delicious.

Terrible Pizza, overcooked the eggs Benedict and forgot my Dads coffee. LOOOOOOOL.Waiter said ‘it wasn’t my problem and thanks for the feedback’, when we told him about the eggs.Looooool, feel like a Karen buts it’s the truth.Awful establishment.

Self service which I hate if I had know I would have crossed the Rd to beechhouse no ice various items from limited menu out of stock..Used to be very good food always delicious not so much now ...won't be rushing back

I have been going to Jungs for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. The service is always first class and the food especially the bakery is unbelievable! Recently, my partner called to ask they could help with a last minute bread & pastry basket and the photo does not do it justice. Richard happened to be in the office and took care of everything, it is not often people are so accommodating and friendly!

Really disappointed with this bakery/cafe. They did not get the order correct and had to remake it as well as the food being greatly overpriced. Toastie was very crisp on the outside but totally cold on the inside. Fries were very oily and the lump of goats cheese was far too thick for the sandwich and overpowered everything else. Such a shame as it all liked like it could and should be very nice. They were at least nice about switching the incorrect served food.

I was terribly disappointed by the service on our last visit to Jungs. The cafe was nearly empty when we were there, so I took the opportunity to encourage my young daughter to order. She is only 4, and she tried to order a little treat for herself, but the waitress working the till had no patience to listen to a child ordering (despite the cafe being empty). I politely said to the waitress that my daughter was trying to order, and the waitress responded with a nasty "for god's sake," and rolled her eyes. We left immediately without buying anything - clearly disappointed by the bad service, to put it lightly... I will take our business to Gail's, Fego's, and Benedict's from now on.

Staff were nice, but food wasn’t. Caesar salad was an overkill of regular mayonnaise, not caesar dressing. Club sandwich had undercooked bacon. Kitchen needs to up its game. Wife doesn’t want to go back. Maybe it’s ok for a coffee?

Place was welcoming and ambience was very good with a good choice and selection on the menu. However, they got order on the food wrong as we were a party of 8 who ordered a selection of cakes and coffee and 2 orders of breakfast . Both then breakfast orders were incorrect and nor quite what was anticipatedThe waiter was quite helpful but the meal took twice as long to finish.

Came in for tea and cake.Order 1 wrong, scrambled eggs instead of turkish eggs. Took a while to sort but kudos to them they did. The poached eggs were fried and so overdone.Order 2 of french toast was limp brioche dipped in egg, no honey and not sweet. Asked for some and repeatedly told 'its on there' or 'manager before getting some on side and being told "its on there but maybe not enough for you. It tasted of nothing. Roasted coconut on menu was sprinkled dessicated coconute, not roasted. Ive literally not had a worse French toast anywhere else.Overpriced lack lustre foodOnly saving grace was our waiter, who was very helpful and polite.
