KFC in South Bucks

Some crooks give all orders incomplete.

Did an order on the self service machine but it then crashed after payment .We got told it happens all the time it won't be charged and if it does then let me know (however no receipt to prove anything obviously)Was charged twice went back and surprised surprised no one remembered us which is what I said to the manager when it happened ..Discusting that this probably gas happened to hundreds of people as they said it happens often ...

Rhythm was the only sales person this morning. She was pleasant professional and faster in delivery than if 2 people were serving. Well done. U r doing a great JonMrs Rahim

Service was really slowThe women at the till was standing around clueless and when she eventually asked for my order she got it wrongI ordered a 6 piece and it was decent but the last piece tasted peculiar which ended up giving me food poisoning

This is a large service station and I appreciate that therefore there are a lot of customers. However the service was slow. I approached the desk when there were only 3 meals being prepared and I had to wait for 15mins for my meal. I don’t think that’s a reasonable time in a fast food restaurant.

KFC going head to head with a McDonalds next door so has to up their game a bit. Touch screen ordering now in place and make sure you use their app to get reward stamps and offers. Scan the barcode on the app with the touchscreen panel reader before ordering. Their behind counter isn’t as organised as McDonalds so expect a longer wait.

McDonalds had a queue that seemed to stretch into 2023 so I ordered from KFC today. Nothing fancy. Two pots of Kansas BBQ chicken bites and a large fries. Now the large (sic) fries are £2.49 (as I write) and they’re not very large at all. Barely pass for a medium in BK or McDs. The new KFC chips/fries aren’t usually good but these were pretty fresh. I don’t know but they seem to be air fried or oven baked. But you just don’t get enough for your money. A large (sic) fries is £1.49 at McDonalds next door. And there was no salt in the bag, forcing me to beg (successfully) for salt in the food hall.Staff are as always pleasant and courteous and this is a busy location.So up your chip game, KFC UK. We polled some of Britain’s smaller creatures and the results are in. Local squirrels and mice said they would not feel fulfilled with this tiny portion. Weasels and Stoats said they had Loyalty cards for next door and hadn’t tried the new KFC chips yet but looking at the picture, admitted that’s it “seemed a bit too small”.The BBQ Bites are excellent FWIW

Ordered 4 pieces original meal and got spicy wings of some description, they had not even cooked that properly.First chicken I have ever eaten that fought back.Never use this place again.

Lunch box meal same price as in the high street 😊 Staff very polite and friendly, one in particular with long name I can't spell, deserves a commendation for customer service.Despite the long ques, the staff got us served surprisingly quickly.
