Lomito GX in South Bucks

First time visiting here after a few reccomendations and I can honestly say this is probably the best steak I've ever had in the UK. The service was first class from Anton, starters arrived within 10 mins of ordering, mains then arrived very promptly and every item was cooked to perfection. The quality of steak was unreal, I had a ribeye medium rare which was cooked to perfection and just simply melted in the mouth like butter. The thick cut chips was also lovely and with the skins on the edges it added that extra bit of texture and flavour. I honestly can't reccomend this play highly enough to anyone who loves their steaks and is just looking for a truly great place to go out for dinner, the decor is also great and the atmosphere is very pleasant. It's fairly lively but without being loud or chaotic, i can't wait to come back here and I am pretty sure this will become my go to restaurant when it comes to steak! By the way all of this was on a saturday evening at 8PM which is probably peak time, so for them to nail the service on the busiest night of the weak was also very impressive! 👌🏻👍🏻

I would highly recommend Lomito if you have not been before. After my first visit tonight I felt compelled to leave a review, something I very rarely do. The staff were attentive but not over-bearing, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The food was perfect, high quality food packed full of flavour and cooked exactly how was asked. Ambience was great & a fantastic venue for any occasion. I truly believe in supporting non-chain restaurants and this place tops it’s competition by some considerable distance. Exceptional from start to finish. I will be back. A massive thank you to our waitress Darcy (who was faultless) & Paritosh for his hospitality. Please do try Lomito, you will not be disappointed. 10/10, could not be faulted.

My brother and I took our mum here for her 75th birthday!The atmosphere was relaxing, decor was tasteful,modern and relaxing.Staff spot on-service was v good.The food was fabulous!I had rib eye steak-cooked to perfection ( medium rare) , my brother had another steak which was also perfect, he said and mum' waguy steak was soft, juicy and yet again cooked to perfection. The sides with all steaks were v tasty.Mum had a cocktail , which looked and great. It was funny that the glass was so tall that she couldn't reach the straw, but it added to the fun of the experience!

We ate there on a Saturday evening and the place was full. Food and drink orders were taken quickly but the cocktails took over 20 minutes to be served. The food tasted ok but I wouldn't rave about it. The service at the table was fine. It was worth trying but I wouldn't rush back to eat there again.

The service is good, the starters are excellent but presentation of the steaks are really poor, it’s just a piece of meat on a bland plate. No garnish or any effort to make it look better. The chips are not really great, and for the money we paid I expected a bit more.

My husband and I celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary on the 24th March. We were looking at places to go to for a meal and we looked at the reviews, and decided to go to Lomito. The service was excellent and food was delicious. We will definitely be going again

Lomito is my favourite local restaurant. I like the interiors which I describe as Argentinian ranch house chic 😝. But most importantly, the food is delicious. Highly recommend the glazed pork belly to start and the churrasco de chorizo steak for afters, there is just so much flavour! So yummy! I go here all the time and would recommend to anyone who enjoys a good steak. The service here is also good.

My absolute favourite restaurant! Steak is absolutely out of this world, cooked to perfection always. Other menu options are brilliant too, esp as my mum is vegetarian, doesn't stop her coming here. Cocktails are amazing and service is exceptional. Have been twice in two weeks and looking forward to my next visit! Cannot recommend both branches enough.

Absolutely one of my favourite places for a steak! This is the first time I go to the Gerrards across branch as I usually go to the Northwood restaurant but if there’s is one thing I can pride them on, it’s consistency! The menu is fantastic, a variety of dishes to indulge in (not just steaks). Everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious and spot on. The customer service was incredible and so friendly! Our waiter was new but he was doing such a good job.This restaurant (chain) is my go-to and I will always recommend to my friends/family as it’s just exceptional in quality and standards.Can’t wait for lockdown to be over to go straight back....
