Pizza Hut in South Bucks

Received undercooked raw wings I contact langley brach but horrible and rude staff , they don't have manners to speak with customer and not bothered to help customer just asked rudely to contact customer service. Pizza hut should give them training to learn basic manners first

I would rate 0 as i have tried a couple times to make a order and they put phone down or dont answer it

Absolutely terrible customer services. Ordered a classic crust and received an extra thick deep pan and the response received was ‘that’s how the dough is today’ …no empathy at all. I would not even give it one star but had no choice.

My wife called them and they have hold the line more then 6 min .I can understand that there might have beeen busy but then manager answered a call and He didnt have a clue how to talk to a customer.He was plain rude, seemed like he has no respect for ladies.when he answered, He said if you want to order the pizza just order it or put the phone down in quite an agressive and rude tone.

Absolutely vile food and service. Took 1 hour to arrive everything was cold and properly stale. Called back and was spoken to like rubbish. The man lied saying he personally sent the right order out and we were lying. Nachos were like rocks. He said he would be collecting it and checking to see if nothings eaten and that he wouldn’t bring the right order otherwise. Spoke to us so awfully shocked at how he just didn’t care. Returning with food in an hour but after that we don’t exactly trust they haven’t done something to the food. Treat people how you would like to be spoken to as he reminded me he speaks to everyone this way

Wish I could give them zero. Worst experience. Took more than an hour to deliver and completely wrong order. Called them to cancel it. They will come back in an hour to collect it... Unbelievable!!

I would give negative star due to very bad experience I had with this Pizza Hut .They didn’t deliver pizza after more than 1:30 hrs of order.Called multiple time but same answer, delivery on its way.Very bad experience.

Got to be the worst Pizza Hut ever...and I'm not the only one with a bad experienceHow these guys are still open im shocked.They are Arrogant and rude this will definitely be the last time I go there...PIZZA HUT if this is how you let your name be used then i suggest you find some new employees as these are only adding to diminish your reputation...If my staff behaved it this manner they would be sacked..

I had very bad experience with Langley Pizza Hut yesterday night. I found piece of meat in my veggie sizzler pizza. I called them to complain but the Manager Name Danny said we can't do nothing about it. He simply said sorry. I asked some one should be responsible this is matter of religious beliefs. Then he said I will find out who was on duty yesterday and will update me but when I tried to call them back to get update they kept putting me on hold or was not answering the call. After dialing more then 20 times, he said the same thing, he can't do anything about it. Then he put me through the lady Name Zeena she said she have lodge my complain to the area manager. I will never order pizza from them.Such a bad staff and customer service.

0 stars! The girl on the phone was extremely rude! I had to give her a large order and I was being extremely patient with her but she kept putting me on hold for no reason! Anything extra I wanted she would say we don’t do that! I had to keep referring her to Pizza Hutt website to explain yes you do do that! Then she puts me on hold and I hear her say this customer is pissing me off with his extras on his pizzas! I ask her why she said I was pissing her off she started saying “oh I never said that and it must’ve been someone else in the back” anyway I ask her to repeat my order and surprise surprise she got all the pizzas wrong! I just canceled my order and ordered from another pizza hutt.
