Thai Rack in South Bucks

My wife and I celebrated my retirement with a meal at my favourite Thai restaurant. The food was, as usual excellent and the service absolutely superb. Thank you

Placed an ordered. Travelled 10min to collect it .They even took my name.When I arrived after 20 min as they mentioned on phone Team member replied that I disconnected the call.because of this they didn’t complete the order.Omg!!!,

Good Thai food. A tad pricey for the portion size but the taste is good for the most part. Red curry definitely the stand out. The pork was pretty dry and the green curry was meh, but a decent all-round takeaway experience.

This review is based on a takeaway. The food is well made and tasty. I think it's expensive but we thought we'd give it another try. However, the reason I've marked it down is because of my frustration with how inaccurate they are about order times. Putting aside that I was told it was going to take 50 minutes to prepare the order, it took a further 20 minutes of waiting for it when I got there. This happened last time I used the restaurant when Covid wasn't an excuse.

Worth the wait!! The poor parking , While 90 min wait for take away and resturant packed that is for a reason the food is fantastic and I mean the best Thai food around by miles. Very pleasant staff . We will be back!

I took a friend for lunch to Thai rack, the service was friendly, the food amazing and presentation was beautiful… I will be going back in a few days for dinner. Thai rack takes Thai food seriously. Absolutely amazing meal.

We live local to Thai Rack and my husband and I were excited to try out this restaurant. We ordered the papaya salad which was nice and then the duck with peppers and onions. I am not a massive eater so had half my duck and thought I would take the rest home. As soon as I got home, I realised they only gave me the rice. I was annoyed as this restaurant is not cheap. I immediately called up asking where my duck take away was just to be told that it had probably been thrown away and nothing could be done. I was shocked that I didn't even get a sorry from the manager or even a gesture that they would make me another especially since I had paid for it. I feel had it been any other restaurant, I would have received an apology and a replacement dish. This has just left me annoyed and I definitely won't be returning.

My first attempt with Thai food, so difficult to tell whether it's better or worse than in other restaurants, but it was tasty. Friendly staff, nice interior.
