The Beech House in South Bucks

Freya was a very rude manager. Prices on the drinks menu did not reflect what was charged. I spoke to the waitress politely who spoke to the manager- Freya. Not very good to speak negatively about a customer when you are facing them and I can lipread. I approached the manager who was extremely dismissive and very blunt. The waitress apologised. She was very embarrassed and apologetic of the behaviour of the manager. Also to note the prices have increased twice within the last month. I used to eat there every other week with my children. A burger has gone from £14.50 to £16.50 and is now £17.50. Far better food within Beaconsfield for that money, not to mention the bad attitude of management! Never again!

Great place! We went there for drinks and it was quite busy. Nice atmosphere in general, I believe service needs some improvement.

This is still by far my favourite place in Beaconsfield. Beautiful, chic decor. Fantastic food that is always cooked and served to perfection and above all else wonderful staff. They really make your time there special. You must try one of their cocktails, they are dangerous. Thank you everyone and keep up the good work!

I normally love this place but today the service seemed a bit disappointing bit slow, and we had to wait ages for our mains to come.

Thank you very much to the staff at the beaconsfield restaurant today. My husband and I were out looking for somewhere to have dinner. I have recently had to change to a gluten free diet and I am finding it difficult. We came in with not much hope. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a variety. Your menu is very clear on gluten free and gluten free alternatives. We were both very satisfied with our meals thank you very much again

Good pub/restaurant with plenty of choice on the menu to cater for all dietary requirements. Cool layout and space and generally a great choice for a casual Sunday with friends/family. Fish and Chips were excellent and the Roast options were also good. Beer options varied with quite a good offering. Tables nicely spaced out which I’ve found to be quite rare compared to other restaurants I’ve recently visited. Would go back.

Great decour, large and comfortable space.Staff were incredible, went over and above to get us a good table and lovely service throwout from servers / host and bar staff. Food quality was also very good, though A tad overpriced, portion sizes could be better.But I have big appetite, maybe 😄I'd still recommend if in the area, esp for subday roast.Kids need is fantastic and reasonable!

Went for Sunday Brunch and had a very tasty full English! Fantastic value for money and and also has a great vegetarian and vegan menu meaning we found a place that catered for our friends needs too. Plus they are also dog friendly in the bar area which ticked all our boxes…which is very rare!! Would recommend to anyone and will certainly be going back as the staff and service was great.

Lovely food and atmosphere. I had the superfood bowl with halloumi added which was delicious and fresh my friend had a wood fired pizza which she said was super tasty. Service was great and very attentive. It's quite a big place so at capacity I can imagine it gets quite loud, but for a lunch where you don't just want standard pub food this is ideal. I also saw some people with dogs in the bar area so some areas are dog friendly, I'm not sure if that's the same for the main restaurant.
