We have been disappointed at the Beaconsfield Costa and the Beech House is nice but the cups are small. We haven't been in here for years, so pleased it was nice and all worked well.

Excellent brunch. Fresh ingredients, freshly cooked. Friendly efficient service. Thoroughly recommended.

·

Best breakfast in the area. Great eggs, sensational bacon. Staff are excellent .Our first this morning, already looking forward to our next

Every time we visit Beaconsfield we think of The Cape. The food is excellent and the staff friendly - our favourites are Malay (prawn salad) and South Easter (chicken noodle salad). They look and taste amazing! Booking advised!

Not very friendly for children! Have been without children and liked it, however please don’t bring your children here unless they are perfectly behaved. My son is 3, and was super excited to be going for breakfast with mummy on a weekday. He was sitting down in his seat, but was talking loudly and giggling. There was only one other table occupied (2 guests) in the entire place as it was so early in the morning, but the waitress still came and asked us to keep it down. So my advice would he don’t go unless you can keep the children quiet. PS have been many times to Fego and the Beech house with my children and have never felt anything but welcome, even if they are not always super quiet.

Been going to The Cape for some time and can always rely on a warm welcome coupled with the best breakfast and lunch B’field has to offer. There are a couple of reviews here ( A complaint when a member of staff politely asked if a Mother encouraging her child to scream with delight, to be mindful of other guests, I was one of them ) or a tirade from ‘The Head of Sales’ ( bet he’s fun at dinner parties) bemoaning the lack of free WiFi. My advice to them is please, please go somewhere else. For the rest of us locals we’re happy to return again and again, oh and book at weekends,it gets very popular…for a reason!

We stumbled across this cafe while visiting Beaconsfield and the food was amazing, the French toast was as good as the ones you get in Canada. The service was top notch even though it was a busy restaurant. Highly recommend

We had lunch with relatives and we were all really impresses. The food was excellent, service was friendly and efficient. The menu was quite varied with a mix of foods, obviously including African dishes which was a pleasant change for us. The cost seemed quite reasonable so all in all a very pleasant experience. We would definitely go again.

Nice place. Service is a bit slow and breakfast portions a bit small (at least for me!) Given this was their premium breakfast. A hash brown or fried bread would have been good. But nice all the same and reasonably priced.

Lovely place, great Ruben sandwich, and coffee ...took home some carrot cake and vegan chocolate and cocont cake too...which was delicious.😋
