The Foresters in South Bucks

This was my first visit to The Foresters. I’d been meaning to try it for a while. We enjoyed a truly amazing lunch from the set menu. Every dish was 10/10 for flavour, presentation and generous portions. And the set menu was fantastic value for the very high standard of food. Service was great and friendly. The setting is lovely and we felt like we’d enjoyed a real treat. I liked it so much that have booked to come again the same week. I 100% recommend.

Fantastic food and great value with a set price menu. A simple but good selection of wines too.

Had a delicious lunch here. Service fantastic and food just delicious. Sadly the impact of covid meant the restaurant wasn’t as full as it should be so we will be returning soon to support an independent local business and hope others do too. Great menu with many options. Everything we ate was outstanding. Only suggestion is for a vegan option to be included.

Popped in for a business lunch today. Really blown away by the quality of the food, just superb. It's great to see an independent pub serving such a high quality of food. Presentation was awesome and service friendly and attentive. The pub itself is lovely too. We will be back, and will bring the family too.

We went into The Foresters as we were in the area and it looked like a nice place for a drink.When we went in, we were greeted happily by a lovely young lady and as they weren't busy she asked where would we like to sit. We sat by the fireplace in these lovely huge chairs to have drinks.We decided to stay for dinner; the waitress asked if we would like dinner where we were or move to the restaurant, we moved into the restaurant area.We ordered some bread to start with and I was very pleasantly surprised to have warm bread come out as it was freshly baked there and then. Amazing, I hope they stick with this.I had the fish and chips and my partner had steak. The food was hot , well cooked and very tasty.The service was excellent, the waitress attentive, friendly, smiley and chatty.I would definitely recommend and go back.

First time I have had food here. Roast was superb. 100% recommended. Nice atmosphere too

Great outdoor dining area. Wonderful service. Nomilicious food. Had the mushroom ravioli and it was divine.

Excellent lunch here chosen from their set menu. Very tasty and well presented. Pulled pork taco followed by sea bass both beautifully cooked. My wife had salmon mousse on croutons and wonderful tender rump of lamb. It was lacking a little in atmosphere inside but that did not detract from the enjoyment of our meal. We will definitely be back.

Favourite bar / restaurant in Farnham. Very contemporary and stylish inside and out. Hadn't been for a couple of years but the new white decking beer garden at the rear is a great little hideout. Food was fab too.
