Appalling service. Asked specifically how long the wait for food was. Told that it was 10-15 mins so went ahead and ordered. 40 minutes later and we were still waiting and then had to give up. When I complained, the waitress told me that I should have checked on the wait time. I explained that I had and then she told me to “calm down!” I was perfectly calm until then! Rude, disrespectful and awful service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very nice breakfast. For 2 with drinks comes to under £10. Normally get Eggs benedict and egg bacon muffin

Probably the worst full English ever!! Burnt toast...burnt bacon...ran out of sausage...tea spoon of baked beans...hash browns were dry...NEVER AGAIN!

We met an old friend there whom was staying in the hotel next door. My son wanted a steak and my daughter wanted a burger. My Friend ordered the scampi and chips, I ordered the jacket potatoe and cheese. Where we sat was quite cold and we waited a bit for the food, as I ordered a coffee and was given a Cup to help myself with the hot drink which is a bonus because its bottomless. So I wanted a hot chocolate for starters and self serve machine was empty of the hot chocolate powder. So I waited to be served again and showed them the beige coloured water that came out instead of my drink of choice and they gave me another cup. The food came and my son's steak was well over done and so was my daughters patty. I was going to send them back but daughter and son it was fine and they ate a quarter of it before saying they they didn't want anymore. My jacket potatoes was big and dry and I felt like I needed more cheese and I requested butter to assist the dry mass to get into some form of mush to get it into my stomach. They jacket potatoe didn't come with a butter cube I had to request it then I asked for more cheese and for it to be melted. They took the food away and thanks be to God I ordered the side salad because that's all managed to finish as they took so long in bringing my food back. By the time I had got it everyone had finished their meal. I picked and nibbled but was upset because the meals were not what I expected a weatherspoons to be. It seems to me that their grill needs cleaning and to be turned down a touch. The toilets are upstairs and I didn't see any disabled toilets on the ground floor. We disappointed and if that is how all of this chain of pubs are run. I don't think they should be allowed to.

We stopped at 16:00 to break up a long journey. Been here before and will visit again. Food was nice, service friendly & quick. Only downside is the attention to detail in cleaning... Tables, floor and bar were clean but certain areas especially within toilets were not.

Tables weren't particularly clean to feed a family on, but they came and cleaned on request and to be honest Wetherspoons is usually a bit grubby due to the high throughput they have. The meals were cooked very quickly and ordering on the app meant we didn't have to wait in any queues or even attend the bar.

An unexpected trip to weatherspoons. Not a bad example of a weatherspoons, but due to it being motorway services and therefore bout of the high street / town centre it lack some of the atmosphere you associate with a pub. Food arrived quickly, was correct and to a good standard. We lacked the customary "is it all ok" check-in from the food service staff (which wasn't am issue as it was all ok). To my original point about atmosphere, it isn't an issue as I'm guessing 99% of patrons ate passing through en-route to their destination - as were we. Would I return, if passing? Yes, without a doubt.

A really lovely Weatherspoons, it still feels quite new and doesn't seem to get too busy. It's always been really clean and tidy whenever I've been there and service is great. Staff are always very friendly and food is cooked well. Can be slightly more expensive compared to some Weatherspoons but you wouldn't expect anything else for services

Horrendous. Main issue being a paid-for food order not being confirmed at the till (by the staff), so no food arrived. After querying why no food had been served, I was told that no order had been made. Eventually, they worked out that an order was made, and food did arrive. BBQ chicken burger came without BBQ sauce, cheese or bacon. Other than a "sorry" and being told it was a "human error", no compensation was offered by the staff. Other issues included having to order by the bar (not taking the order at the table) and unclean (sticky tables). In summary, I've been using Google Maps for years, and this is the first review I've left. Avoid.

Nice big outside patio area for eating at the back of the motorway services, with Nandos to one side and Ibis Budget Hotel on the other. Just beyond the outside seating area is a pond you can walk around. The ordering was quick and easy through the App, but the menu limited (No mixed grill). I had the Empire State burger which was Ok, but nothing special.
