Wenzel's in South Bucks

Best place to have a coffee on the go or to grab a brunch, been visiting this place for years now. always received a warm welcome and brilliant coffee. since ALDONA join the store its even pleasant to visit, she always know what the client wants and happy to help. well done guys, please continue the way you are already doing

STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. I know there is a 3 person limit in the store currently due to the pandemic. I didn't see the sign initially and went in the store with 4 people already inside it. Soon as I walked in I was told by one of the female staff in the store to get out in a very rude manner. She did not speak to the other customers in that way, and with 1 extra person already inside, this made no sense. I felt like it was a racial thing, she spoke very well with all the white customers but being brown and entering the store, it triggered her racist side and caused her to be rude.An absolute shambles.

Came in and bought a load of stuff after fasting from 7.00 p.m the previous day so I was clearly starving with 2 screaming toddlers. After ordering and getting to me destination 30 miles away, I open the bag to find my baguette missing. I was fuming and preceeded to call the store who apologised for the massive inconvenience but assured me I would be compensated upon arrival.The next day I went into store and the staff member called a few people to verify and replaced the baguette and I think expected me to be happy. In her head this was compensation I believe even though I'd now wasted another journey to pickup a £3 sandwich. Absolutely disgraceful as a subway franchise owner when this kind of thing happens we give away free platters or replace x4 the value not just replace 1 measly sandwich. Very poorly educated staff, clearly do not understand the basic etiquette and mannerism of good customer service

All food here is so amazing and delicious! Aldona and all the staff is super helpful and very friendly!!! It is also very clean and also has free hand sanitizers. If you love good food with a huge range of different savoury and sweet treats its the place to go! Highly recommended to everyone!!

I went to this Wenzels' for the third time a few days ago and I was thoroughly impressed by the Customer Service I received by a young lady called Aldona. She is always so chirpy, always smiling and very approachable. Her service is impeccable, an asset to Wenzel's. I will soon visit this Wenzel's again and will specifically asked to be served by her.

Hands free sanitiser available, contact less payment, great value bread and cakes. My kids love it and I have to use a lot of willpower to avoid buying Chelsea buns whenever we're there

Very nice service sorry don't have the names of the 2 girls who were there at 6pm in Gerrard's cross shop today I think one was called emola? And the other was I think the manager...they have a great customer service..

Delicious pasties, sausage rolls, sandwiches, doughnuts and cakes Lovely freshly baked bread 🍞🥖 called ahead to place a large order. Everything was made fresh and packed wonderfully - ready for collection 🤩 reasonably priced. Fantastic customer service 👌 Cornish pasties were amazing🌟easy street parking in-front of the store. Highly recommended for great takeaway savoury and sweet treats 👍

I was so disappointed, walked in looking forward to have my favourite Wenzel Baguette, at 11:30 in the morning I was told been sold out, looked on the shelf it was only stocked with Pastry and croissants, ( so clearly as it was bank holiday they did not prepare any ) when I did ask the staff members to make me one she was rude about it, replying “ we only selling what we have on display” it make feel I’m getting in her away. So I just walk out without buying any thing.( Café Nero provides way better service then this Wezel branch).

This used to be a very good local bakery. However, since the baking was moved to a large factory style bakery in Rickmansworth , the quality has deteriorated. Now no better than Greggs. Its a pity that, as the number of outlets has increased, the quality has failed to keep,up. No longer worth a detour.
