Nice atmosphere and love the fact it's dog friendly. Food was okay, nothing too special so in my opinion a little expensive, however we only had a small amount to eat and it was reasonably busy so there are probably some decent items on the menu as well. Sherbet lemonade was really good though

I have been to Berro several times before and it has been great. This time however, not so much! Everything we fancied off the menu seemed to be unavailable! My vegetarian friend tried to order 3 dishes, all of them were out. She ended up with a boring salad. My burger was average. We tried to order a coffee after, that wasn't available either! I went up to ask and she was cleaning the machine for the night (this was before 9pm)Staff were grumpy too. Not the usual standard I have had before unfortunately. I won't rush to go back.

Only have good things to say about this place. Quick service, friendly staff, fair prices, great vibe, delicious food.

Great food, great service here as always. They had a problem with the gas supply to the kitchen, but I can't fault how quickly they let me know. My food still came out in less than 20 minutes too. Brilliant

Staff are fabulous I dont know how they climb up and down those stairs all day delivering food. I dont know why they didnt include a dumb waiter when they built this place! 2 of us had the fish finger sandwiches with lettuce and tartare sauce. It has whole capers in the tartare sauce which makes it quite salty. My sister loved it but I would ask them to hold the tartare sauce next time. The fish fingers are lush. Our best bud had the grilled cheese and ham toastie she loved it. And we all had fries which are gorgeous lovely and crispy and fluffy inside. Drinks were lovely apart from my mates pot of tea she wasnt too keen on their tea bags think you need 2 they are very weak, so she plumped for a cappuccino when she finished that, which she loved, We ordered our puddings 45 minutes later I went to the counter and ordered more drinks and chased up the puds, they arrived 15 mins later my mate had the carrot cake which looked lovely, I know some peeps hate this word but it was nice and MOIST, she said it was so good I had the churros with a chocolate dip it was supposed to have a salted caramel dip but it was just 2 pots of chocolate dip no biggie as they were amazing. My sister had the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream which is always a hit. I thoroughly recommend their coffee I had a flat white and it was soooo nice and I'm fussy about my coffee. All in all a fabulous time had by all. Oh and Mr Selley you will be pleased to know they cleaned the table for us 1st!!

It's in The Lounge chain and so if you've visited one before there are no surprises here. The food was quite slow despite it not being very busy at lunch time and our meals came at different times (with about 10-15 mins between) My friend waited for my food to arrive but there's was then cold. A good few vegetarian options but I do think it is a little expensive for what you get. I appreciated the restaurant's size, the atmosphere was nice and we had plenty of space so didn't feel crowded.

Waited for more than an hour then we were told one steak only available in stead of two. When meal came five of us had ordered a chicken dish and every meal was cooked within a min of being burnt black also cold . This is the second visit for our family . The first visit was a very long wait but the food was good when it camenot this time was dreadful and we won't be going again.

The staff were very friendly, the service was good. We ordered from the breakfast menu, and the food was great, thoroughly enjoyable. Despite the great food and quality ingredients the food could have been warmer, it was closer to luke warm rather than hot.. For that the be the only criticism is acceptable in my book

Brilliant place, nice staff, decently priced food and cocktails, crowd is abit naff due to the local chavs and people with their kids but otherwise our date night with the partner was not spoiled. Will be visiting again!

Fantastic food, great drinks and extremely good staff. We arrived just after the kitchen had accepted a very large takeaway order. We were told the wait for food would be longer than normal, but opted to have some drinks first. Once this order was clear, the staff were extremely accommodating even after several other diners "jumped the queue" as such for orders. Would highly recommend.
