Caprinos pizza in South Oxfordshire

3-4 months ago they rise the 6 hot wings price from £3.50 to £4.75, i said, ok, inflation, etc.Today i ordered hot wings at £4.75, but ques what, there is no price up, you just get only 5 pieces now instead of 6.

I gave four stars because pizza was lovely barbecue chicken wings was lovely but I got to say the cheesy garlic bread very bland no taste not garlicky or cheesy

Ordered from Caprinos a few times and it seems to be hit and miss. The first time it was lovely food and the delivery was pretty quick. The value for money here was very good because of the taste. I placed an order for collection and these pizzas were awful. They tasted horrible.I might order again but it won't be top of my list for pizza in Didcot, considering there is more pizza take aways on the same street

The first time ive ever had a problem with Caprinoes.The driver couldn't find my address immediately. Apparently tried to call. Yet nothing popped up on my phone. It was fine to call the company and complain about the drivers behavior. Funny that.Aggressive driver who needs the sack quite frankly.Its their job to be able to find address'. It's not exactly hard to find where I am either. There are 8 houses on the road. If the driver was not so incompetent and actually read the road name they would have no problems. No other drivers seem to have issues just this one. It shouldn't have taken them so long.Even if they cant find the address they have no right to take it out on the customer. Calling the shop was fruitless too.

Worst pizza aourd they took over an hour to receive our pizzas had to call back 3 time because they couldn't get the order right .got our last ordered on the last pizza it was burnt even a dog's wont touch itThe driver was rude and tryed to charge me again for pizzaBecarefull they took our wrong pizza back to the shop who no how many time they have pass on other people pizza when they make mistakeNever will buy from them again

keep getting my order wrong took them 3 times to get my pizza right. not going to order from them for a long time

The prices, especially the deals, are very reasonable. The chicken is always really good but the pizza can be a little hit and miss. Delivery times are usually fairly prompt but there is a tendency to forget dips. However, the restaurant is always happy to come back with the correct items, so I can't fault the customer service.

Excellent pizzas, competitive prices and friendly service. Very hygienic and fast service. Would of been 5 stars but I ordered 1 cheese crust and 1 hot dog crust, but was given 2 cheese crusts instead?

Good pizza, though misleading information from the gentleman on the phone, who failed to clarify that amending the pizza incurs cost. The thin crust is good, with no excess base around the packed toppings. Competitive price - shame the discount on ordering online didn't work (since the site crashed). Would go back, though next time will ask.

I ordered for collection but ending up waiting 10 minutes because they forgot my garlic bread. The dough on the garlic bread was not good and had no crust which was unusual for their standards. The rest of the food was delicious as always. Usually delivery is super quick but I had a Jackfm collection voucher this time!
