Chicken in black bean sauce... Next day, tingly all over, throwing up, can't hold down food, tired and in bed all day. NEVER again

Placed an order online and was a bit gutted I didn't get any free prawn crackers with the order, as you do elsewhere. Wasn't happy with the order, emailed to complain, but no response from owner.

Lucky chopsticks makes the best Chinese food around. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. Staff are always friendly

Best stir fried noodles you can get from any takeaway in the area (highly recommend the duck with Chinese egg noodles).Fantastic dim sum with a great selection available. Awesome cha siu buns too.The honey or chilli garlic spare ribs are delicious. Thai curries are surprisingly good too and go great with their mushroom fried rice. They have all the staples you could hope for from a local Chinese. I have given up on all of the places in Abingdon and only order from Lucky Chopsticks - it’s unbelievable how no other place can nail fried noodles like this place! They forgot one of the items in my order today and before I could even give them a call, another driver turned up to deliver the forgotten item and even included another bag of prawn crackers (unnecessary but a very kind gesture and shows how much the restaurant cares).Order off their website, ditch the takeaway apps. Much better value and their website is really easy to use on mobile. You’ll need cash though (which you won’t realise until you go to pay).To all at Lucky Chopsticks, thank you for being so consistently amazing even throughout the stress of lockdown. We’re so lucky to have your kitchen in our area.

A gloomy Monday has just been totally transformed with an excellent meal of steamed rice & szechuan chicken with fresh cut chillies the REAL thing !!! WOW !!! Prawn with ginger & spring onion and garlic broccoli equally delicious. Great delivery service , piping hot fresh food 10 out of 10 THANK YOU !

A disappointing meal from Lucky Chopsticks. To start with the positives the driver was quick, polite and the food arrived warm. The food itself had nothing to enjoy. The steamed Char Siu buns were the best out of the collection. The filling had taste at least. The chicken satay tasted lacklustre and stale. Good luck tasting any trace of peanuts with that one. The real let down was the thai chicken curry. We didnt expect great things and our expectations were met. The hit of lemongrass was like gargling with lemon washing up liquid and then the burn masked any other flavour if any was present to find. This meal wasn't cheap. If you are going to spend that much money there are much better options.

Shocking, ordered via Just Eat early afternoon 31/12/20 for Needs to have zero rating. Decided to support local business in difficult times. Ordered mid afternoon on 31/12/20 on the Just Eat App for 1945hrs deliver. At 2005hrs message received saying order late, will be with you 2045hrs. at 2050hrs message received order cancelled by the "restaurant".What a complete waste of time ordering from them. On calling them, said they were busy and sorry. Shambles, never ever order food from these muppets.

My children likes Chinese food and we decided to try this restaurant. I rang my order though and picked up after half an hour.We had chilli garlic chicken, chips chicken curry and ribs. All of them were nice. The prices are reasonable and portions are very big. Friendly staff, recommended this takeaway shop.

A good friend recommended this place and I have to say I'm so glad she did - possibly the best Chinese Takeaway in the area. Have used it several times now and the quality of the food and service is fantastic. I work in a Care Home and myself and a colleague organised a 'takeaway' night for some of the residents - 18 in total. Everyone wanted something different - so we got all the orders together and phoned through to order in advance. They took it as 18 separate orders all individually bagged with the correct names on. We went and picked it up 45mins later and everything was perfect. So much so that the residents are all asking when are we doing it again. Now that's what I call top quality service. Like I said - best Chinese Takeaway in the area in my opinion.
