Ordered from here and they gave me a completely wrong order! So disappointed as i spent a lot of money

·

Closes at 4pm apparently. Me and a friend were talking over our coffee and then suddenly told they're closing and asked to leave. No warning 15 minutes before hand as I would expect. That cost this place a couple of stars for poor service.

·

Went in to get a coffee at 5:10pm to be told they'd shut despite the door being open and saying they're open until 5:30pm. I'd get if it was even close to 5:30pm but it's a full 20 mins away from closing. Was a bit annoyed.

·

Ordered two identical flat whites. But they didn't look identical due to the foam consistency. Some of the barista's work at a snail pace.

·

Wasn't the warmest welcome counter staff looked bored coffee up to Costas usual standards but tables not wiped down in any organised way so multiple people sharing tables and the bathroom tick list not checked since 12 at 3:30pm with half hour checks mandated and the tick list looking like it's being filled out in bulk it wasn't busy either so this needs addressing

·

Not bad.A lot of space. But Costa on Queen St is much better. As for me taste of coffee is better (especially my favourite Honeycomb cappuccino I like more on Queen Street).

·

They coffee ones a week is good the other days is horrible!I find the place no professionalism, most of the workers they are very rude!!!That is the reason i never go back or recommend anyone for this place😡

·

Standard drinks, nice open space, range of seating - enough for chilled comfybseatingbor more working lunch kinda style. It's nice, bright. The music, however, was rather loud, ended up asking them to turn it down in the end - which for heir credit they did pretty quickly - and much appreciated. Staff very nice and friendly, drink was really good standard

It was a wet and miserable day, therefore it was seriously busy and steamy in here. Overall a lovely coffee shop but very difficult to manoeuvre if you have a pushchair and children. I wasn't overly impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets and it would be nice to have a slightly better age appropriate child friendly range of snacks and drinks available.

·

Plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy your drink. The quality of the drinks was not to the Costa standards I am used to.Also the staff was preocupied to keep the place clean binning the newspapers and moping the floor under our table as we were having a conversation almost three hours before closing time. The toilets were atrocious.A really disappointing visit.
