A great country pub with a warm atmosphere and a buzz from the locals, cold beer and a great menu.

Great friendly staff. Fantastic Rib Eye steak. Our dog was welcomed and we felt really at ease, Great atmosphere. Will go again when we are next up that way.

Very, very friendly. Good beer and good food. I would like to see it a bit busier as it has a good atmosphere about the place. Very good sounds as well.

Visited on a Friday night for some catchup drinks with a friend. Prior to the evening, I had communication with the pub online/email as I had some questions regarding booking a table. They were prompt and informative with their replies.Once at the pub, we were shown to our table and the drinks were replenished at an acceptable rate (on tab) for payment when we left.First time visiting but definitely not the last 👍🏻

Amazing little pub with a rotating selection of hand pump ales, a few lagers on tap, and local beers in bottle. Solid food menu including chillies, curries, and burgers, with loads of veggie options. The chili burger is particularly delicious! Very reasonably priced and definitely worth a bike ride or a quick drive.
