Delhi Brasserie in South Oxfordshire

Gave the restaurant another try for delivery. Same as before. Delivered cold, Karahi too much garlic not enough tomatoes, roti burnt to a crisp. Prawn puree cold, no lemon wedge, purees hard need more topping, prawns, tomatoes. £40 for 2 of us. Neither of us impressed. Twice in enough.This has always been our go to Indianfor eat in, but we feel food is not as good as its been in past.

Just called them for a home delivery.1 prawn puree starter 1 chicken bhuna 1 chicken tikke main 2 rice 1 bombay also 2 nan and onion salad and 2 poppadoms. They wanted 43 quid.I stick it where the sun doesn't shne

In for a post training curry, excellent food. Thought I'd try something different from the "specialities" menu, did not dissapoint, highly recommended.

Sadly will not be ordering again.. We overlooked the poor hygiene rating and decided to order again. (they constantly want you to pay with cash and push this over the phone call for the order, screams tax scam). Also a very grumpy person on the phone until you said you would agree to pay cash, they then became very friendly. Order arrived , food was cold. chicken Korma contained egg and pineapple. Which shouldnt be there. The chicken In the Bhuna was horrible. Both the popadoms and onion bhajis tasted stale.. never again.

Really good food. Nicely spicy and an extensive menu. Worth a visit. Moderately priced as well.

Excellent food, ordered by phone, walked to collect, everything ready and just what we ordered. Really nice meals and very pleasant staff on collection. Good value also. would recommend to any curry lover. thanks.

Food arrived via 'just eat' within 5 mins of eta. The dishes were very tasty, good portions, however, we ordered a garlic nan and got a plain one! A very nice nan, light, fluffy and perfectly cooked, but no garlic!Also, in my chicken dhansak I had a piece of chicken that was very dry and tough. The rest was good.

Advised 2 hour delivery, on NY Eve would expect a wait, 2 hours 30 minutes later nothing, unable to get through only set to a fax machine noise. Partner and I went down to collect and they had not even done it, waited extra 15 minutes for them to actually cook it whilst we waited outside, poor service. If no kitchen staff then shouldn't take more orders on the phone. Absolute greed !! No discount or any extra to compensate for this.

Terrible service. Order was accepted online and I received a confirmation email. When the time came for delivery, I called to see where the driver was and they had no record of my order but said they would sort it ASAP. 40 minutes later, still no contact, so I called again and again they couldn't find my order and hadnt even started cooking it. Ended up cancelling as it was so late by this point. Supposed to be a treat during a difficult time. So disappointing as I was trying to support a local business but they should not accept an order if they are not able to fulfil it and they should treat customers with honesty and respect.

I live in Wallingford and ordered from here back in February and wasn't at all disappointed. The delivery driver knew exactly where I lived. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a excellent curry in Wallingford. Thanks to all the team at Deli Brasserie. 👍
