Service was good! Very accommodating and friendly staff. With choices of pastries and coffees. Good seating capacity. Location was great!

Today I was shocked by the rudness of the staff. My coffee wasnt correct but the women who served me started lecturing me on coffee making. Id had to clean our own table. Which took two goes I'd put the trays in the wrong place.!!!! I was cleaning up for them! Being middle age isn't an excuse for being mean . I'm 50 and sick. If you don't like people don't work in a coffee shop. Shame because the cakes and coffee look nice but you don't go into Henley for a row.

Nice location and nice cafe. Been there few times with friends. However, one of the staff members does not have good attitude towards customers. And it happened twice with the same staff.

Lovely toastie and seating area. Really enjoyable atmosphere in the middle of the town. A real shame they’re currently short of staff and closing at 2pm during the busy Easter Break.

We had a beautiful ride to Henley today, but we choose the wrong coffee for a stop. We moved a chair from one table to another and the barista (middle aged lady) told us that we are not allowed to move furniture, she said it with really bad manners. They can have different rules than other shops, but that doesn’t mean that we are aware, she could have said the same thing but just with respect, we are customers. Then she did a really bad coffee to me, and she was rude again we I asked her to do another one. The rest of the staff, young girls, were really nice. If you are the owner of the shop, just get ride of the grumpy unhappy old barista

The most expensive two coffees I’ve ever paid for. Not worth it. My coffee tasted like warm milk and my wife’s soya coffee was gone in three sips. £6.80. Ripped off!!!

Luscious coffee. Tasty oat/seed cookie. Friendly staff. Good location. Light and clean.I'm confused why anyone would visit the surfeit of dreary chain coffee shops in Henley, when such a gem is available.

Shame because the carrot cake and cheese scones were lovely, however the fruit cake slice we got was really visibly mouldy and realistically I'd expect a refund and swap as a gesture of goodwill because it was disgusting (I feel sorry for the guy before us that didn't notice and had eaten his slice), we just got a different cake and told the cake was only 'opened' today and they took the whole cake off display to investigate (clearly was mouldy as it never came back out).

Our go to coffee shop in Henley. Clean, good coffee, lots of lovely places to sit inside. The upstairs is lovely. They are a dog friendly (/keen) place, and we were made to feel welcome from the first time we stepped through the door.

Visit this place first time after just passing by this lovely smelling coffee shop just could not resist and had to try it ! Order large latte and i wasn't disappointed. Coffee taste very nice. Price for large latte is £3.70. Very good price for such a good coffee. Nice looking inside to. Lot place to sit and dog friendly!
