Hotel du Vin - Henley-on-Thames in South Oxfordshire

Had a lovely overnight stay with staff being friendly from check in all the way to check out. The room was spectacular , clean and tidy. Breakfast was one of the best ive seen with fantastic continental and hot offerings! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

Friendly and very helpful staff. The deluxe room was to a good standard with a double shower nice touch. Quality breakfast with excellent scrambled eggs nothing was to much trouble for these guys.Top tip if you park in the street it's free from 6pm till 8 am.

Great space, nice food and excellent selection of spirits (and cigars). I arrived early on my motorbike and they were very accommodating. Location is spot on too. Would return - no doubt

5/5I shot a wedding at The Hotel du Vin in the Autumn of 2021. This is a lovely venue for a smaller intimate weddings. We were blessed with sunshine. I walked to the river, which is about a minute or 2 away with bride and groom for some lovely photos. The staff and events manager were lovely. The outdoor furniture looked new and was beautiful. Very nice place. Underground secure parking which is bonus (the entrance to the carpark is just BEFORE the hotel on the right hand side). Bar good. Food good. Room not massive but I think enough for two people. Quiet. Retro decor. Staff and everyone very accommodating. Location, excellent, two mins from the river, 2 mins from high street.If I were a solo traveler, yes 100 percent. If a couple, might have opted for a bigger room. But not cheap:-(

Service was outstanding as was our room and food. It’s also great they have secure onsite valet parking as parking in Henley can be difficult. Great location next to the river.

Beautiful hotel situated near to the river. Parking at the hotel is underground and is very limited so book this as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. I had one of the junior suites and it was just lovely. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The only thing that let it down for me was the breakfast, found this a little disappointing.

Great location nice Courtyard shame it doesn't have much atmosphere.The bar is often empty and unattended.Can't blame staff who are doing more than one job.More worryingly the toilet for the hotel sink was blocked 2 Days Later was still the same.Not a great sign especially with covid 19..

From your reception team to everyone we met today were utterly outstanding. Massive thanks to the chap that helped me when I walked in. Would be cracking to have some slow chargers downstairs :) but that is all I can come up with... Stunning place, lovely people.

A very nice place to visit. Very convenient for Henley town and the river.Get a room on the top floor for the views. Rooms in the courtyard are great unless their is a function on. Soundproofing from rooms upstairs and outside leave a lot to be desired. Rooms that overlook the main road are noisy. It's a busy one way road, even late at night.The food was great, the staff are friendly and helpful and everything in the rooms was great. (We had 6 rooms so got the benefit of finding all the ups and downs).We would definitely stay again.
