A year ago I would have given 5 stars. I’ve moved away and we came to visit my old home town and thought we would go and get a kaspas like we used to.For one the menu had changes. Don’t get me wrong it’s eye catching! But the prices for one. Every single item has gone up by at least £1 some others more. Which we completely get. Electric and gas are getting expensive which is fair enough. But what we got was less than half of what we used to get. Ice creams are not in sundae glasses anymore. Near enough shot glasses. And what we were supposed to get was missing most of the stuff. None of the staff was welcoming not a hello, goodbye or thank you.

Really enjoyed the food and milkshakes that we had, would have been 4 stars but the girl serving us was a little rude. She didnt seem to be in a good mood to begin with so I tried being friendly as possible to break any tension, it was returned with very little being said and a generally unfriendly attitude.I get that it's probably her first job, maybe not what she wants to be doing but it doesn't take much to be polite, particularly while the person talking to you is trying to be as friendly as possible.

I've been a few times and I've been very satisfied every time! The staff is friendly and the dishes are delicious. I'd recommend the Caribbean smoothie!

I went on a Sunday and the place only had 10 people in there .Staff friendly and very welcoming and made the effort to talk to the children. So they felt special.Ice creams were amazing and very well presented. They looked just like the pictures which is unusual 🙂.The decor was great . Icecream priced around £7 .

Took 25mins for 2x sundaes and a milkshake to arrive after ordering. It was pretty busy for staff numbers. Very tasty but service would make me think about going elsewhere

Food is really good. Tasty ice-cream and waffles. Service is a little funky though. I love visiting overall

Quite possibly the worst cheesecake I’ve ever had in my life. Went for my daughter’s birthday, and they asked to see her ID… she’s 7 years old. Then they managed to get a candle for her desert, but they couldn’t light the candle as they had no way of lighting the candle.

Was lovely, staff were fabulous, we had hot chocolates with whipped cream and marshmallows, they had run out of the mini ones so they gave us the big ones, even gave us a little pot with extra marshmallows, then we had the waffle with Buenos and whipped cream, and a banoffee waffle with whipped cream. The waffles here are absolutely gorgeous they are fluffy and light and crispy on the outside. And 1 of us had what they always have the strawberry cheesecake sundae. Everything was lush, I normally like a coffee with dessert but their coffee is so strong you could stand a spoon up in it. All in all was really good.

Amazing place for a dessert and a sit down to have a chat. A vast menu of ice cream, waffles, crepes and a good selection of coffee too. Very ‘American’ looking jazzy place with lots of sitting places. They can make you almost anything you ask for. The ice cream is clearly of high quality and you can really taste the difference. A few ‘out there’ flavours but definitely worth a try!Got served very quickly and clearly they take C19 into consideration all the time.Tables cleaned straight away and staff very helpful too. Good to see the staff smiling and cheerful. Will definitely be going there again. Very good ‘night out’ atmosphere. One advice:Remember belly is usually smaller then eyes!!
