McDonald's in South Oxfordshire

Incredibly slow even with a full staff. Managers stood around watching the chaos and worse manners than a baboon in heat. First McDonald's I've had issues with.

Quite busy but very efficient. Didn't have the ice cream we wanted, but offered a great alternative.

Place is full of deliveroo drivers .took ages for food . Deliveroo and just eat are ruining the eating experience at mcdonald's..

Busy but staff well able to cope, delightful area at back for a picnic in the sun, really great break.

There was a Yong Indian lady helping customers on self service checkout.i think it would more practical to have little more space between self service check out as they're congested.team works efficiently therefore i have had my order quickly well done.

We ordered our food for delivery from this Mcdonalds and our food was delivered to the wrong address, when I spoke to the Manager he took no responsibility and blamed Just Eat!! No compensation from the restaurant, no responsibility, we just have to accept that they use a rubbish delivery service, we gave clear instructions on our address and how to access rhe property

McDonald's has a reputation for being just a fast food place, but this branch genuinely deserves the title of restaurant. I had a 12 year old and a 14 month old in tow when I visited, and staff opened the door for us, greeted us politely, found and brought me a high chair for the nipper, brought us a table number to enter into the app... In short, they couldn't do enough for us and I felt thoroughly well looked after. If only all branches were like this one, McDonald's would have a far better reputation.

I'm giving this particular store a 3* as on average they get the order wrong 50% of the time. I always collect my order and check what's in the bag, they are friendly staff and will fix the order but it's a pain having to check every time! The food...its McDonald's you get fast food that fills you up quick but not for long. Car park & toilets available.

After football practice great place to get a quick snack on the way home. Restaurant looked busy so downloaded the app and parked out back. Amazing! Food order brought to the car window in under 6 minutes. Headington McDonald's is now the closest thing to a drive thru.

I asked them to fill the cup properly as they don’t usually do that. The employee then told me they can’t, even before when I’ve asked some employees they have filled my cup with no problem. But this time the woman who served me had an issue. I ordered 7 cups and all 7 of them were filled half way with ice cream and the toppings were so sparse, hardly anything! I paid for 7 cups and still got less than I paid for. Ridiculous! If you ever order the McFlurry make sure you get it filled fully. Very very rude customer service from the woman who made my order.Someone from McDonald’s area manager has to take action against the bad behaviour of the staff
