Pizza Express in South Oxfordshire

Honestly didn't expect to see a pizza express at a motorway service but was pleasantly surprised it was very quiet and we'll air conned! Fast and friendly service and food is what I expected from a pizza express restaurant. Much more enjoyable than queuing up in a busy food hall at the main service building and much more relaxed after a very long, hot drive.The staff were friendly and helpful.Only gripe is that we had no cash on us and could not leave a tip, when the card machine was presented it did not give us the option to leave there. Then we discovered we had no cash. Nonetheless it was a good experience and nice to see something different as an option for food

Great service tonight at pizza express! our server (sorry I didn’t get her name) was excellent and very patient taking the order. it was really refreshing to have great service.well done and keep up the great work.

By far the most disappointing pizza ever ate. Chilli dough balls for starters freezing cold. And pizza hugely thin pizza dought with incredible tiny amount of ingredients and for a rip of price.

Great location!!It's always handy to stop here and enjoy some decent, yet convenient, dinner on the way to or from places I visit up and down the motorway.With no hassle service with friendly staff it never disappoints.Had no problem getting a table for 2 hungry travellers!The food was fast, fresh and very tasty enjoying the typical favourite pizza and dough balls... not to be missed!!

Had a Sloppy Giuseppe pizza at the Pizza Express at the Oxford Services northbound on M40 motorway.Very nice. Watch out though, prices on menu outside restaurant seem to be takeaway prices and are higher if you eat in.

Delicious vegan nourish bowl, marinated olives, raw slaw and houmous. Friendly and attentive service. Nice background music. Would stop here again for a meal. Alone or with friends & family.

Good place to visit for a quick bite to eat other the the fast food options. Friendly staff some following Covid-19 procedures likewise with customers. Good slection of food options for all. Some question on hygiene by staff in preparation of food and serving of food and washroom facilities. I think we are all aware due to covid-19 restrictions and procedures, we are more observant about cleanse etc

This was an easy 5 from me Saturday night, stopped on the way back frm Legoland, we cud quickly see that the place had been left under-staffed all day but I have to commend Isabelle and her team, at least 2 waiting-on staff down and their service was 2nd to none, even when they made a mistake with the kids meals, it was quickly rectified, I've been to restaurants with double the staff with far worse quality of food and service, the mains were to die for, scummy Italian food, prompt and at a very reasonable price!! What more could you ask for Excellent!!

I haven't been to Pizza Express in a long time. We stopped at this one for lunch and food was good, especially the Calzone. They have a decent kid's menu too. The place was clean and the staff was really nice.
