Prezzo - Thame in South Oxfordshire

We went here after being unable to book the Italian restaurant across the street, that we have visited before. This was a pleasant surprise. We started with garlic bread to share, then I had the alfredo and hubby had the mushroom tagliatelle, we both had tiramisu and coffee. All lovely and excellent value as ordered off the set menu. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Red House wine perfectly acceptable.

Smart and spacious with a decent set menu including gluten free and vegan options. Welcoming & knowledgable staff and a more relaxing atmosphere compared to some more cramped locations like Reading. The Italian “humus” is really tasty and there are good gluten free pizza options. The penne could have been nicer for an Italian restaurant but the arrabbiata sauce was excellent and the home produced chilli oil appreciated! Beware, the gluten free cheesecake and vegan triple chocolate tart are very rich.

Lovely food but not the largest of places so it can feel quite cramped and noisy when it's busy.

Shame they had to close my 2 favourite prezzo because Thame is hit and miss with their food and service... they only seem to want to sell you things not give the best advice...menue online shows different to that in store..nothing mentioned about card payments only till you get the bill... Tastecard rewards seem to be at the detrement of birthday rewards... one or the other...Can't say I was impressed with much of our food.

Bellissima!!For a moment there I thought I was in Italy!The manager at prezzo Thame runs an extremely tight ship. With professional helpful happy staff everytime I come here.The food is consistent and always cooked and presented perfectly!It is an absolute pleasure to wine and dine here. Great experience from arriving to leaving 10/10

Haven't been to a prezzo in ages and pleasantly surprised. The pizzas are very good with tasty thin bases (no dough sweats!) and well topped. All reasonably priced which gets better as prezzo often sign up to any 2for1 3rd party promotions (we used meerkat meals) making it good value. The thame restaurant is nearly located to visit one of the many pubs in thr Town afterwards and a car park that is free for 3 hours is directly opposite. Recommend.

The waitress was lovely and really made an effort with us! The mozzarella starter was very tasty - would definitely recommend this but wasn’t a fan of the pizzas or the penne arrabbitia pasta

Great family meal and the staff were really helpful. They were able to offer a range of meals for my gluten and dairy free child which is a rarity. We were very happy with the food which came really quickly. They provided some activities for the kids to entertain themselves which worked out well for us. We'd all be very happy to go back there again.
