Great food and lovely location.

Perfect bike coffee stop! Excellent coffee and great service. Great selection of homemade food (sandwiches, baguettes, sausage rolls, quiche etc).

I prefer supporting small privately owned coffee shops/ cafes when I can. This was a great little stop on our long, cold and muddy cycle. Good coffee for the much needed caffeine boost and great toasties. I usually find toasties rather boring from cafes due to lack of filling or the cheaper fillings used in abundance to fill it out. This toastie had a good ratio of fillings and the taste was great. I will definitely be making this a regular stop on my cycles around the area. If only it was open Sunday morning too.

Best sandwich above the Equator. BLT or Egg Mayo being my favourite with a coffee. Lots on offer at this boutique shop.As my gran would say "quality over quantity except when quantity comes with quality"

Can’t recommend the Stoke Row Store enough. My friend and I stopped under the marque mid bike ride to shield from the rain, and even though they were just finishing closing up for the day the they offered us a free tea and a baguette! Such selfless generosity is rare these days and I would implore anyone to support these kind and friendly folk! The coffee machine looked ace and the selection of cakes/sandwiches also looked fab. The store itself is full of a myriad of delicious looking produce and preserves, I’ll be sure to make another visit when I can bring more bags to take more away with me!Huge thanks to the lovely staff for accommodating us out of the rain!

Amazing fresh warm sandwiches. Generous servings. and great quality coffee.

Excellent food, tea and coffee in their small marquee with most tables taken by cyclists, walkers and local people. The staff really make an effort, with real flowers on the tables. Thoughtfully, they have padded the bike stands to avoid damage to painted frames. If only more places would do the same...Do visit the Maharajah's well and the cherry orchard nearby..

Will I return here despite being a local?NoI ordered 2 baguettes and 2 extra hot latte.Confirmed at point of ordering brown baguette fine as had just run out of white.10 min later 2 coffee appeared...which were more the 65 degrees rather than extra hot, we let this go....realised that food was not going to arrive soon based on the crowd waiting patiently...drank the coffee and placed enpty cup in the refuse bin provided.30 min later staff reconfirmed was brown baguette ok....yes.Waited patiently, didn't hassle the staff and soon there were only 2 sets of customers loitering, one recently arrived.Carried on waiting patiently.15 min later 2 brown sandwiches appeared...not as ordered (or confirmed). When questioned staff appeared not to be aware not as ordered but offered a refund which was accepted whilst telling me it was a nice sandwich and they don't know when going to run out...I'm sure it was but not as ordered (or confirmed) when told an alternative had run out when placing the order. Have you ever tried eating a floppy sandwich whilst standing up holding onto a dog? It's not a one handed task!I paid initially contactless as per government advice to avoid cash handling during covid but was being given a cash refund. Staff did (after intervention) credit the original contactless payment method. It is not 2m socially distanced behind the counter including where food prepared and this was not mitigated by correct face mask wearing by 1 member of staff of which we had best part of an hour to observe from outside where orders were being deposited and collected...it was not a case of it slipping down. When I pointed out wrong order, waiting best part of an hour and slipped face mask I was asked "do I want to complain about anything else"...I replied "attitude" and left...with a to do of writing my third ever review.Any one issue or even more would have been acceptable if started with an apology, checked that we were ok still waiting, ok with a changed order....but what was supposed to be a hot coffee with a baguette (not that difficult you might think) was not delivered as ordered in a reasonable timeframe even in these trying times. Will I ever go back...no...it will be a BYO picnic going forward or a Cherry Tree lunch. For those wanting a walk, coffee and a baguette / sandwich may I suggest The Village Hamper in Sonning on Thames which is offering a similar fare and a far better experience.I also suggest to the owner...respect your customers by keeping them informed so they can choose whether to place an order if kitchen is so far behind, continue to keep them informed to ensure they are content waiting an extraordinary length of time and when about to deliver the incorrect order because you have run out of a key ingredient ...know so and start with an apology....respect is free.

Lovely shop with very friendly staff. The scrambled eggs on toast were delicious. They even have gluten free options.
