Have enjoyed many meals and drinks here over the last 10 years. Sadly the cricket memorabilia has largely gone but the whole place still maintains the air of calm, classily sophistication. Beer - Ringwood’s Old Thumper was lovely. Typical burger and fish&chip menu. But good solid food. Love this place. Will be back.

Just a flying visit to the Bat & Ball. It's situated in a gorgeous village that is lovely to walk around after your morning breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, a select but varied range of meals/snacks available. The room was just what we needed for a single night at the hotel, clean and had tea, coffee and biscuits included.I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again should I find myself in the Oxford area again.

I haven't stayed but we have had food from the deli and lunch and dinner. The new team are wonderful and very friendly. My family agree they are the best sausage rolls and pate we've ever had and we can call and place an order for deli bits any time. So lovely to have a great local pub and such fab service :-) Mia and Josh
