First time visit here and it was just perfect.Decent free on-site parkingGenuine and friendly team running it!Food portions are good (we ordered shoulder or lamb, and full baby ribs).The food was very flavoursome - I was sceptical about the rib to bbq ration but it was on point 👌🏼 also the lamb just slid off the bone 😋.Recommend calling to reserve a table, even couple hours before as it’s evident their business is known and liked by a lot 🙌🏼☺️

Dawn and Stewart have just taken over the Fox and Goat and we’ve eaten there 3 times already. Both of them are passionate about their new venture and it shows in their lovely food. All is locally sourced and beautifully served up. Staff are very professional and there is a lovely buzz in the bar and restaurant areas, particularly on the weekends. Haven’t tried it on a Sunday yet, but I believe their legendary roasts are served all day. So pleased to have a great local to go to. Just hope we can still get in, in a months time!

What an excellent find! We had a lovely little nook to eat in, me my wife and my dog. I had the sirloin and my wife has the lamb on the bone. What an amazing time we had. Really filling. The flavours were stunning. This is easily the best pub I have ever eaten at, no competition. We left a good tip. All staff were lovely, friendly and charming. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality without the pompous ambiance of fine dining to give this place a visit. Very down to earth and welcoming.

Stayed the night here whilst visiting friends. The service from booking to when we left was amazing, the landlady and landlord were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We are in the restaurant and the food was very good, great portion size, tasty food and service was very good and it was busy and had a nice atmosphere. The room was lovely, comfy bed, spacious, great shower. All in all would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch here today. Plenty of choice from the menu. Staff very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much bother. Will certainly recommend it. Definitely go there again.

A great blend of the local pub. Fantastic Atmosphere with superb bistro plus food. Pleasant evening with staff greeting us and being amazing ❤🍻🤩 I would definitely recommend this place 😊
