I do not know where these 5 star ratings come from because in my experience I would give them zero if I could.I visited the establishment a few weeks ago to have a Sunday carvery, I have to admit that the kitchen staff have mastered the technique of removing all the flavour from food, the meal was disgusting, the only thing on the plate that had any taste what so ever was the pory crackling. For about £14 a throw this was the worst meal I have ever had, supplemented by totally over priced beer.

Went for a meal tonight. First of all the restaurant chairs are hard and uncomfortable. I ordered nachos which were like a crispbread. Cheese was melted but solid. i ordered a mushroom and beetroot burger. The bottom of the burger roll was a soggy mess and I could of rung it out! Beetroot was overcooked and tasteless. I doubt I will return. Drinks expensive.

So good to have a decent pub on the centre of Didcot! Went along on a Friday evening and was met with friendly staff with plenty of banter, live music, and an excellent atmosphere.Good selection of ales, beers, and so on. I didn't eat, but the food certainly smelled good.Looking forward to my next visit!Update - have since had their Sunday roast and can definitely recommend!

Located and the centre of town and with ample parking front and rear, the Mulberry is easy to find.A good but not vast range of lagers, ales and drinks and a restaurant style food menu specialising in wood fired Pizza’s.Having switched hands a few times it’s now a lovely and welcoming pub with a couple of ‘urban’ bear gardens.Limited food menu (just pizza) at lunch time on a weekday dropped this down from 5 stars.

The lady serving us was exceptional. When my mate popped out to collect a delivery she offered to keep his food warm. The food was lovely and the beers were well kept

Went for Sunday lunch and it was lovely ,great atmosphere and really friendly staff, only one tiny niggle ,the bar where you get your food is rather high and my mother in law struggled a bit . But a part from that fantastic and will definitely go again .

My first pizza after reopening.actually I have ordered 3 pizzas. Terrible. It’s not the same anymore. Pizza dough texture it’s like rubber , not thin and crispy anymore. I will not go back again.

My first visit, well impressed food was excellent and staff lovely and friendly

Nice to see the mulberry open again. New management but they've kept it the same and there is a great selection of beers on tap. Easily the best pub in Didcot now

Fantastic atmosphere. We visited on a Friday early evening and found the business levels high but the service levels were there to match. The pizzas are hard to choose from but when you pick one it's a sure fire win.We will definitely eat here again if we are passing through the area but I think we might go out of our way to visit sooner.
