This is an exceptional venue with free parking for motorhomes provided you share in their hospitality which is more than welcoming & of a very high standard. Really good value food & drink, only 10 mins from Oxford City centre. Well worth a visit.

Stewart looked after us from the moment we arrived. We parked up for the night. Enjoyed tasty home cooked food and meeting some friendly locals.. We brought our bikes and cycled into Oxford at our ease. Would highly recommend The Red Lion to park up your camper and eat and drink in comfort.

The pizzas are garbage, just got to pizza hut around the corner. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, the chicken was clearly bulk bought cooked from frozen, the base was clearly ready made it was smoothered in tomato sauce with a near dusting of cheese on top and that was it. No onions, peppers, sweetcorn nothing just bland precooked roast chicken on a boarding pizza :( staff seemed nice enought tho

Good food reasonable price, and we stayed over in our motorhome.Cost was £20 or free if you spent that or more in the pub.Very friendly and helpful staff.Highly recommended.

A very welcoming and friendly place. Stayed over in our van. Food and drinks were lovely. Choice of a bus right outside, 30 minute walk into the centre and even the taxi we had back as a treat after a long day was only £10. Couldn't want for better! Oh and dog friendly!! We will absolutely be back! Thank you 😊
